Beach Front, Spacious, Clean and Comfortable

There are a few things that needs to be seen about. There are a few things that are breaking the kitchen faucet, the washing machine is making a very loud noise and shakes. Not enough towels, wash cloth or hand towel and they smelled the smoke. Living room furniture is worn out. I think it’s too nice of a place to have those little things that are wrong that needs to be fixed.

There were thing in the room that needed fixed but it was just typical things that might get over used from a rental nothing major. Overall the condo was very nice and great location right off the elevator which allowed more space to leave beach chairs.

Very nice accommodations. Plenty of space for our family to enjoy each other’s company and have our own space too. Could use a deep cleaning of the floors and newer linens for the beds, other than that, our stay was great!

Living room furniture needs to be updated. It was stained and broke down.

I love the long hallway and how the master is in its own wing towards the beach, great views! We LOVED that it has an icemaker. 10/10

Beautiful views with great location

Nice place, lots of room for our family. We liked the short walk to the beach and the pool/lazy river/slide for afternoons after being on the beach.

We were totally satisfied with our stay. The condo was excellent. Amenities were wonderful. Great for the kids.

View was beautiful, condo was nice but there was no extras in the condo, make sure you bring everything you need with you. No Light bulbs lamps did not work No starter pack to clean kitchen Broken chase lounge on balcony Condo dirty- food, crumbs under the couch No oven mits No cutting board No spices, salt and pepper, etc Limited toilet paper and paper towels Towels were not good quality, cheap

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The accommodations were wonderful. We had an amazing view from our balcony. It was a short walk to the beach. The lazy river and indoor/outdoor swimming pools were nice. The location was close to restaurants and stores. We will definitely be back!!

Condo needs updating & refreshing. Kitchen needs more inventory. Terrible pots & pans. No plastic ware at all. We bought some & left it for next visitor. Only one good sharp knife for chopping. Patio furniture was rusted. Just not he caliber condo we were used to at Phoenix West. We will book again there but not that condo.

This condo was perfect for us. The pool was amazing. We would definitely rent here again. Orange Beach was ok, we like Gulf Shores better for dinner and activities, but it’s only minutes away.

It was big enough for all of us to have our own spaces! The balcony view was amazing. Recommend staying here and we would stay again!

Condo was roomy, great view, plenty of space for the 6 adults 4 children that was in our group.

We have stayed in this unit before and while we enjoyed it this time as well, the kitchen was disappointing. We spend the bulk of our vacation dollars on the condo, meaning we cook our meals instead of going out to eat. For a unit that sleeps 10 or more, cookware, utensils, etc are a necessity, and this kitchen came up lacking. We had to do some creative improvising. In the past, we were provided a couple of dishcloths, a small container of dish soap and at least one supply of dishwasher detergent. Not this time. I realize prices have gone up, but for the cost of the rental you’d think a tiny bottle of soap would be provided. We enjoy the amenities of the property but the kitchen in this unit was below standard. We won’t be renting this one in the future.
