We enjoyed the condo the entire week. The beach was beautiful and we loved the shelter we could sit under when wanting to get out of the sun. We couldn't have asked for anything more than what the condo supplied. Beautifully decorated.

Really outstanding. Beautiful beachfront property, nicely and recently renovated. Very accurate description and photos. Great host. No problems whatsoever. A really outstanding location on one of the best beaches anywhere.

Very nice place, great location loved being able to step out of back door onto the beach! If I had to say anything negative the beds and pillows needs to be replaced, very uncomfortable, but would definitely revisit this place again!We had a great time!

This condo is absolutely beautiful! The beach views are stunning. We booked a last-minute vacation and our go to has always been siesta Key Beach. We stayed at Casa Mar in a different unit a few years ago, so when we stumbled across this recently renovated condo, we jumped at the opportunity to have the beach literally 10 steps from the back door. The check-in process was super easy. Both bedrooms in the unit have very comfortable beds. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything that we could’ve possibly needed while on vacation. The host even supplied beach towels! I would definitely recommend this condo…. It was absolutely perfect for my family.

Our original reservation at a neighboring property was cancelled at the last minute due to repair timeline (understandable!) and I stumbled upon this condo at the perfect time. Perfect location, perfect price. Comfortable beds and furniture. The remodel is absolutely beautiful! We’ve stayed in Casa Mar for the last 20 years but never beachfront. I will try to book this listing when we return! We had some trouble with the keypad but were quickly assisted by the owners and retrieved a physical key. We did miss having a clothes line to dry towels/suits on and used the beach chairs nearby, but that’s the only thing I can think of that would make it better. Note for returning Casa Mar guests like us, the traffic pattern around the property changed, and the entrance is on the north side now.

We have been going to Siesta Key for the last 20 years. We have stayed in many different places. This by far was my favorite unit in that it was really clean as it just been newly remodeled. Everything was simple and so adorably decorated with a coastal theme. Right at my alley. The only thing we would've loved is if it had a washer and dryer. But there was one on the property. The only other thing was the air conditioner was really loud and seem like it was either hot or cold, but hard to get a happy medium. We were able to get a responses to any questions we had. Very easy to work with. The four of us staying had a fabulous time! Just enough space.
