The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, ample storage in the dresser and walk-in closet and a large mounted flat-screen smart TV for your entertainment. The remodeled ensuite master bathroom features a huge tiled standing shower with body jets, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach. Wake up and walk straight out to the balcony via your private access direct from the master bedroom!

The guest bedroom features two queen-size beds, a mounted flat screen smart TV and a working desk for the times those emails and video calls just can't wait! The floor to ceiling windows offers an amazing panoramic view of the beautiful afternoon sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. If you fancy a closer look, head out your private bedroom access straight to the balcony! Enjoy direct access to the ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination.

CONDO AMENITIES

This condo features a full-size stackable washer and dryer to take care of your swimsuits at the end of a day at the beach.

A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, body wash and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.

PARKING

Parking passes and wristbands will be provided in the condo upon arrival. Guests may travel with a maximum of two vehicles and park them in the open-air parking lot.

If you do want to venture away from the resort's ample supply of things to do, head to Pier Park, the area's 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub. Enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park or do some fishing at the St. Andrew's State Park.     The property was tastefully decorated and the view from the patio / living space was second to none. However, some maintenance items need to be done. Ceiling fan didn't work (replaced while there), some lighting wasn't working (fixed while there), wall outlet so heavily used plugs just fell out of it (unusable) plus a few other nits and lice. It wasn't enough to rate it low, but it was enough to keep it from being rated excellent. On the comms front, I'd recommend a few improvements. Send check in information a little sooner. Those traveling from long distances may have less access to email on the road when coming 12 hours before checkin. The codes provided for getting to beach were inaccurate. We had to bum a code off someone else to access the beach that was mere steps away. Bottom line...there were a few things here that could be reviewed / refreshed.

    A great location and a wonderful condo. Very close to everything in Panama City Beach. The condo had oustanding views especially sunsets. The beds were comfortable and lounge area was cozy. The furniture on balcony was very convienent. I would definitely stay here again.

    The unit we stayed in is tastefully decorated and offers potential for a great experience. However, our stay was marred by issues that were reported to the manager twice but remained unresolved.The washer and dryer are old, rusted, and dirty. The dryer filter is broken, tangling clothes, and it doesn’t work effectively. Several pillow covers, quilts, and matching pillow covers are stained or dirty. Some chairs have unstable legs, posing safety concerns. The second bathroom sink stopper is broken, and the kitchen faucet must have been leaking into a container filled with dirty residue.The second bedroom light fixture needs a bulb replacement, and some ceiling fans are stuck on and can’t be turned off. Beds creak loudly, making sleep uncomfortable. The main bathroom toilet clogs easily despite avoiding toilet paper. The patio door lock is broke. Overall cleanliness was subpar, with multiple areas falling below acceptable standards.Despite staying in over a dozen resorts in this area over 15 years, this was the first time we encountered such neglect and unresponsiveness, even during low capacity season. For a premium-priced unit, basic maintenance and cleanliness should be guaranteed. This unit has potential, but significant improvements are needed to meet guest expectations and justify its cost.

    The condo is in a great location and is beautiful decorated. We enjoyed ourselves very much however there are a few mishaps with the condo. Before check in we were told the resort only allowed 2 parking passes however we had someone else staying that drove down at a different time. We went to the resort office and they told us sure we could get another pass, however the rental company will not give you extra. When we checked in the sliding glass door to the balcony did not work, and was never fixed during our stay Sunday-Sunday. One of the eyes on the stove does not work at all, the knob will not turn. The dryer needs to be updated as there is a plastic piece broke on the inside and it tore some of our clothes up, so we weren’t able to use it after that. Also the drawers on the dresser in one room are painted shut so no using those.other than a few small things our stay was great! We love staying at Long Beach.

    Had a great time with our 2 grandsons. The unit was fantastic. My only suggestion is getting some light blocking drapes in the master bedroom. Waking with the sun on vacay wasnt perfect. Everything else was.
