We had a great time! The condo was clean, quiet, very nice area.

We had a really nice time at the wind dancer in Miramar Beach. It was incredibly easy to get in and out of the property. The bunk beds were nice. The extra bedding was nice. We slept very well. A few things could be better, the amenities were pretty minimal like minimal toilet paper. No foil baggies that kind of thing. No sea toys or shovels to borrow. The pull-out couch was in pretty bad shape and there were some places in the house that needed mending as the property is older. However, we had an overall really nice stay and it was nice to be able to rent a few properties with our friends and be in the same building. The beach and the chairs outside were very nice to have. Would recommend

The floor could be cleaner, feet get dirty from the tile. The shower floor is cracked and has sharp edges. They brought a mat to go over it so we wouldn’t cut our feet. The staff are all very nice and the beach chair/umbrella service is great. The room could use updating, but we don’t spend a lot of time in the room so it was fine.

Pro's - Near the beach a plus! Good view and easy walk to the beach. This particular unit compared to others in Windancer was more affordable for sure. Windancer is not a high rise. 4 floors max and using the stairs was the easiest. A plus for sure as elevator is slow. Very central location to shops, grocery, and restaurants. Beach Chairs included in the price of this unit! Plenty of parking! Con's - Condo units have paper thin ceilings and floors. You can hear every step of your neighbors above. Our below neighbors said the same of us. Beach chairs are packed right beside each other on the beach. No personal room between you and the umbrella set up 2 feets on either side of you. No question, these need to be better spaced. This was most disappointing. Gate (manual) code to enter and exit the beach area - Good security but a pain to do each time you are going in and out. If you stay on the1st floor at Windancer...this not an issue. This particular unit was slightly outdated in decor. Not a deal breaker, but the sofa and loveseat probably need replacing soon. Unit below us were smokers and there is no way to stop them from smoking on their ground floor patio.

We stay with windancer every year at the beginning of September and each stay is always the best.

I honestly was a little nervous booking this condo because of some of the reviews stating that the unit was needing upgrades, etc Overall, this unit was great! We were extremely pleased with the location and the condition of the unit. Every issue listed in the other reviews didn’t inhibit our stay whatsoever. Honestly, we wouldn’t have noticed them if they weren’t stated in other reviews. We loved being right on the beach and loved this condo! If you are looking for a place on the beach for an amazing price, I would consider booking this place! This is our second year staying at this condominium and we love it! There are a lot of return guests and it’s easy to see why. People are so friendly, including the beach service guys!

Great location, beach service guys very friendly and helpful. The condo could use some upgrades/updates . Shower curtain had mildew as well as the shower knob. Tub could stand to be replaced. Bed in master was comfortable. The dryer stopped working for a bit but started working again before we left. The living room furniture appeared to be dirty .Sone tiles broken on floor. I would stay at the location again but would perhaps request a different room .
