Beach front luxury Litchfield Condo oceanfront in Bridgewater

Unfortunately construction was going on every week day from approximately 8-5. The noise was horrific, making it impossible to sleep in, have breakfast on the deck or take an afternoon nap.

The condo served us well. The sink in the master faucet had barely had any water flow. Probably needs the screener replaced. Overall well pleased.

A nice view of the ocean and the outside pool and lazy river. Easy parking friendly guard at the gate. A cozy condo and elevators make the fourth floor friendly.

Unit was clean and adequately stocked with amenities. Angela was an attentive host. However, overall decor and furniture were dated. Unit could use a cosmetic update. IMO

What a wonderful condo!! It is beautifully decorated, in a perfect location and has amazing views from the master bedroom, living room and balcony. It has everything you could possibly need and convenient to terrific golf courses and wonderful restaurants. The check in/checkout process could not have been easier. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a condo on the beach!!

We stayed for a short stay. Host was accommodating, the property is not updated, so beware like a previous recent listing if your looking for a completely updated unit this is not it and you lost likely won’t be happy, for the age of it it’s in ok shape with normal wear and tear, view is great, if the owners update they will have a luxury condo. I think the title is a bit deceiving on that.

The location is perfect, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The pool was conveniently located as was access to the beach. The beds in the condo were comfortable, and we appreciated our balcony overlooking the pool. The condo could use some updates, including dishes and cups which were sparse and chipped. We needed more specific directions about the correct guard house to use and for the keypad on the front door. The host was response when we contacted her with a problem. This property was one of the most beautiful and relaxing we have ever experienced.

Stay at Myrtle Beach every year but from now on will be staying at Pawleys Island. Not bad drive to Myrtle Beach attractions but much quieter and less crowded. Lots of dining nearby and a Food Lion very close. Great view of the ocean and my son loved the beach which wasn’t real crowded

The unit is old. In need of a face lift. The picture shows a table on the balcony that does not exist. The bath room rug is shredded and needs to be thrown away. I was asked to strip the bed. When I did I discovered the pillows were badly stained. Luckily we were sleeping with our own pillows. I was also asked to run a load of towels before I left. I did but I’ve never been asked to do that and at 580 dollars a nite i don’t think I should have had to The refrigerator froze some of our food. There are very nice views of the ocean. The kitchen is stocked acceptably. Not great. There are no coasters. There was no information about places to eat or visit on the island. I spoke to the host before doing a review. She essentially told me to have a nice evening Buyer be advised

Location is perfect. Check in was easy and host was very responsive. Coffee and supplies were thoughtfully provided. Bonus: the non-king bedroom had its own air conditioner, perfect for our family that can never agree on the thermostat setting!

Very nice and well equipped accommodations on the bean with a pool view too. Enjoyed our stay, went up to Brookgreen Gardens and down to Georgetown. Very conveniently located.

Pool was closed for repair so very disappointing. Condo was stocked well. Couch very uncomfortable. Host was easy to get ahold of. VRBO not easily accessible

So awesome. Beautiful view of ocean. My relatives visiting from Germany were able to sit on our balcony and enjoy the view. Our hosts made out get together even more joyous.

My husband and I loved our stay. The accommodations were excellent and I really appreciate how comfortable we felt. We would love to stay at the same place again! It was quiet, clean and all our needs were met. Great Trip!

We loved our stay! Condo was perfect for 5 nights for our family of four. We loved the view of the ocean and pool. Litchfield by the Sea facility was wonderful and the beach was just gorgeous. The condo was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer were a bonus. A few things to note, I would’ve appreciated a deadbolt lock on the door for added security, but gate security to enter property was nice to feel a bit safer. There was no shampoo, just bars of soap, so plan ahead. There were also no pool towels but tons of beach shops to purchase cheap ones nearby. Kitchen was fine, we didn’t cook much. Coffee pot was really nice, which I always appreciate in a rental home. Kids loved the beach toys and boogie boards provided. We hope to be back again soon! Thanks for the wonderful week at the beach.

Serval things about the condo. The whole place was pretty dirty. After finding hair in the bed and the maid not changing the sheets just replacing the comforter I was very disappointed. Bread, cracker, crumbs etc on and under the furniture. Also it’s pretty dated. Like 1980s dated. I understand paying for location but the dated dirty condo was definitely not the way I wanted to spend my vacation.

This is our fourth year staying at Bridgewater but our first year staying through VRBO and with these owners. It did away with the annoyance of the Litchfield By the Sea check-in process and kept all of the benefits of staying at Bridgewater. We plan on being repeat customers!

Definitely one of my favorite vacations. The condo over looks the pool and the ocean view is breathtaking. So much to do in the area and the restaurants are so good. I am looking forward to making this a yearly vacation spot. Hosts are very responsive and quick. Thank you for such an awesome stay!! Everyone is so friendly at Bridgewater!!!

We had a wonderful stay at your condo. The condo was nice and spacious and had all that we needed for a wonderful trip. Excellent view and easy access to the pool and beach.
