The location is great. But the amenities could use some updating in the room, as well as the elevators. There was a bandaid covering a crack on the toilet’s seat. We got stuck on the elevator, and the operator did everything but make the situation any better, spent about 45 minutes stuck in the elevator and it was extremely hot.

This is our third stay at this property. Location is what brings us back each year. While the property could use some TLC and updates, they do very well with what they have. Our condo was clean and the beds were comfortable.My only dings this trip were that our condo smelled of smoke masked with some sort of deodorizer, we received fresh towels but the dirty ones were never collected and not much pool security.There is really no way to know if people coming in off the beach/street are really guest. Outside of that, we loved the ease of check in/ check out . All staff members we encountered were courteous and helpful. Pool isn’t much to speak of, but it gets the job done.For the price, we may consider a newer property next year.

My spouse and I along with our two kids 9&11years old stayed here on our first family vacation. We loved the location. The room was clean and the listing was identical to the pictures and descriptions! We would stay here again!

Beautiful beach

Everything went well but the beds are very hard and the walls were paper thin. We could hear everything our neighbor was doing. Overall was a fine stay!

Only one thing to be improved would be be mattress on couch

Location was great. Staff was friendly…Ms. Annie at the office front desk and one of the nice housekeeping staff ladies were the highlight of our ‘checkout’. The room itself was disgusting in the light of day. We checked in really late and exhausted so we missed a lot when we got there but WOW…when the sun came up, I was quite disappointed. Stained/dirty furniture, urine rings on mattress covers, mildew spots on the shower curtain, what appeared to be a blood spatter on the bed skirt/wrap…I was disgusted to say the least.

The room was tired and sorely needing an update. Curtains didn’t close. Appliances old. Room phones old and didn’t work. Not sure why they were even there. Furniture in disrepair and uncomfortable. Bathrooms awful. Closets had furniture and cleaning supplies in them-not much room for clothes.

I enjoyed staying at PAS! Unit was clean and just as pictured on the listing. I will be back!

Location was perfect for us for a one night getaway. Everything was in walking distance, restaurants, stores, beach. Room was what you would expect next to the Hangout, but served its purpose for us.

The unit we received was not the same as the one pictured on vrbo. There was a lot of rust in the unit - especially in bathrooms and kitchen sink. The kitchen was not cleaned as well as it should have been. Bathroom door lock button was broken and the curtain pull

Great location, the inside of the condo’s are nothing special but nice enough.

Right on the beach with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Parasailing and jet ski rentals right in front as well. Plenty of beach space for tents and umbrellas. I was SO glad the beach was not full of chair pairs and an umbrella to rent. Other places leave almost no space for those that bring their own chair. This had the perfect balance. Wish it was ready for early check-in. But great stay otherwise.

Place was awesome. Everything was smooth easy process. Amazing location right near anything you might need or want in gulf shores! Would definitely recommend

We loved our stay at the phoenix, location perfect. We were close to everything, great restaurants. The weather was perfect when we were there. We would definitely stay again.

The location was fantastic! The furniture was dirty. They did not have a Keurig coffee pot! I tried to ask but bring a Brett Robinson location I felt it was hard to find someone to talk too! Not as responsive as an individual on VRBO!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and very clean. Perfect condo for family or couple 10/10 would recommend and I hope to come back in the future.
