The unit and all personnel (online and at the site) were universally friendly and helpful. The entire unit and its contents were clean and comfortable. The online reservation process was easy and convenient including the detailed explanation of all cost we would encounter, including parking, so there were no hidden fees. We definitely will return here.

While an older property, our room was clean & the location was perfect for us. The view of the beach was great. We enjoy this time of year on the coast as it is not too crowded or hot.

We enjoyed our visit. The room was very clean and the balcony view was perfect. We look forward to our next visit

Great location. Not as fancy as upper range condos but nice for a short stay. Everything worked. Fresh paint. Just needs a little sweep around the edges. We would stay again.

We were there for beach volleyball championship - courts can be viewed from room! Location is great if you want to be by all the touristy stuff. Restaurants near by are good, can hear the music from balcony (we enjoyed it). Building is a little older so have to keep that in mind, but very clean.

The bed was very hard and the pull out couch wasn’t much better. They need to think about people with back problems trying to sleep on cement, it was ridiculous.

We had a great time at the Phoenix All Suites. Great location and nice area to ge able to walk to most things we wanted to do. The pool is really too small for this size property and the drain was stopped up in the bathroom.

Our 4th anniversary trip to the gulf and this was the best trip. So close and convenient to shopping, Hangout, and the beach. No washer and dryer but that is not a deal breaker for us. Slept comfortably every night. We will definitely keep this condo in our saved trips to return.

Relaxing stay amazing view very clean

Everything was great, a nice location, it has its own beach access, cleanless. The only thing was the mattress were way too old and sofa bed was old and not comfty, parking lot and access was easy to find and the lady at the office was so nice and friendly.

Property is older but very clean. We were surprised to Find that only one bed had a blanket. The others had sheets only and the pull out sofa, which was advertised as a bed, had NO SHEETS at all in the unit. We called the property manager only to find that they were “out of blankets”. Just seemed weird. The AC worked great tho. So that was a plus. No boardwalk out to the beach, so get ready to walk in sand the entire way. Pool Is long and skinny but was fine. The noise from club on property was soooo loud and all night :( That in itself is the reason for our lower rating.

We absolutely loved our time there. The rental was clean, well stocked, and exactly what we expected.

Booking this property was super easy, had a question and was answered within 3 mins. Very clean unit. Only thing i was leary about was the elevators at one point was giving a communication error so decided to use stairs which being on the 8th floor was a little stressful. All in all was a great, comfortable, and fun stay. Was witnin walking distance of the Hangout and all the stores and restaurants. Would definitely book again.

The view is bomb but the unit per se not so much.

I wish there was a way to share the photos I took. But the pictures posted are extremely inaccurate of this location. It was dirty, run down and not taken care of. When I sent pictures of our location the lady said she was immediately submitting a ticket, when the maintenance came they said “it’s stains and dust, nothing we can do” yes you can display appropriate photos, that match todays appearance of the room. Or, do the proper upkeep and cleaning of the place to not have the grime and stains. We put a sheet down on the couch to sit on it, and I wouldn’t even let my kids stay there. They stayed with another family as we were there for a baseball tournament. The price you are charged for this place does NOT match the condition. This is my first bad review I have written and we travel quite often. Very disgusted with this place and would not recommend this company to anyone.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Check out was difficult due to being an older facility. Waiting for elevators was horrendous. Housekeeping also just let themselves into our room an hour before checkout without knocking and stood outside our door, while we were trying to leave. Otherwise, nice stay
