Very clean property, gorgeous views, and great location. The water was so clear and beautiful and we could even catch the sunset from the deck. Bonus - just across the street is a Traditional Latin Mass chapel so that made it perfect for us also

This is a very nice condo. Two bedrooms/two bathrooms; kitchen is fully stocked; balcony is great! we would stay there again!

Wonderful place and location. Very comfortable but could benefit from some updating. Excellent view from balcony and beach chairs were an added plus. We would stay here again!!

This was the 4th time we’ve stayed at the Beach House condos. We love the rooms and the location. The beach is private with one row of chairs with beach service provided and included in price. There’s a great walking strip we walk every morning. Winn and Dixie is also walking distance if you need to grab a couple items. We have yet to find a better place to rent from. We enjoyed being on second floor this time. The room space is just what we need for our family of 4. If I would suggest anything- as far as cookware- there needs to be atleast two skillets provided. The only skillet was small and everything stuck to it. Made it hard to cook more than one thing. It would also be nice to be provided more dish towels, but that wasn’t a big deal. The patio furniture could use some updates or atleast be taller to look over balcony. Thank you for another great summer vacation! We will be back!

Love the area, the property was well kept and clean. The condo was lovely and the perfect size for a small family gathering. We will return!

Prior to arriving the staff was very communicative and the check in was rather seamless. The location was great, right on the beach. I received a call from guest services mid-day of our first full day, assuring us of their desire for a 5 star stay. We had not yet encountered any issues as of the call. Going forward we found the patio door screen to be inoperable and the patio door itself to be extremely difficult to operate. The unit amenities listed a DVD player, but none was present. The outer drape (blackout) at the patio door was damaged. A black substance was present at the kitchen sink and shower.I reported the items to guest relations and received a stock thank you for my feedback.

Condo was very clean. Beds are comfortable. Location is right on the beach with easy access. Chairs & umbrella set up on the beach is a great touch. We will stay here again.

We loved Beach House, it was a great spot for us. Loved being so close to a beautiful ocean. Great location, nice pool, all in all 5 stars!

Contacting the host is computer automated responses to your questions. There is no one answering your specific questions instead they respond with a general automated email response. We arrived early after 12 hour drive with my 4 year old grandson who was running a fever and 100plus heat index temp. We needed to get him cooled down but they wouldn’t budge on allowing us in the room Or on the property even though the room was empty and cleaned

This is a wonderful condo! It was a perfect location to most everything we needed, right on the beach and close to the pool. Located on the second floor made it even better with no elevators to wait on. The condo itself is tastefully decorated and up to date. Two large bedrooms with accompanying bathrooms. A large furnished kitchen and a relaxing great room to enjoy with a perfect view of the ocean/beach. We will stay here again! Highly recommended!!

We not only had a beautiful view from our balcony but complete peace at night with no loud disturbances. By far the most peaceful beach experience I have had over the years at other places.

Overall it was an ideal place to stay in Miramar Beach! Everything is conveniently located. Only slight issue was we were not allowed to park the golf cart we rented for the day on the premises, even while using our 2nd parking pass. Seems unreasonable for a registered vehicle. We had to return it early because of this.

The condo was in just the right location and is one of the closest condos to the water. The view from the second-story balcony was perfect and unobstructed. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend it and will try staying there again in te future.

This is the third time staying in this condo. The place is clean and neat. We love to sit on the balcony in the morning and drink our coffee and sit out there at night and enjoy a cocktail. The beach access is so convenient not to mention that there are 2 complimentary chairs with an umbrella. The pool is lovely and refreshing. You don’t need to venture far for groceries, fuel or restaurants. The location is great . I will definitely book this condo again.
