Our ground floor corner unit allows for parking just steps from the front door – no stairs or elevators, just 3 steps to the entrance of our condo from the parking lot - handicap parking is availableat the Resort. Emerald Towers West is a family friendly, well-kept complex with only 44 units that is perfectly located on beautiful Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach and only 7 miles from Destin. The best of both worlds with our location! A safe and family friendly venue!
Once you step inside you will immediately see the unobstructed view of the sugar white beaches and emerald waters of the ocean. Our unit is 6 feet above the sand dune and 20 feet from it - a design unique to our building, which places you above the sand dune to maximize view while remaining on parking level! On the balcony you will be able to see miles of beach in either direction. The living room features 2 walls of windows allowing you to be able to see the beach from any where in the living / dining / kitchen. Truly a remarkable location that is only a few short steps to the beach walkover- which can be seen from the balcony as well or head to the pool and barbecue area right outside the front door!
Our 2 bed 2 bath unit features a Master Suite that has a great ocean view with 3 large windows facing the gulf as well as private access to balcony. Imagine waking up in the comfort of a king size bed to a beautiful beach view where you can hear the surf! ALL linens are of hotel quality and are clean and sanitized every rental for your protection.
The open floor plan of the kitchen allows you to see the surf as you prepare meals in our fully equipped kitchen complete with pantry. Not wanting to cook – no problem! We have excellent restaurants just minutes away, as well as great shopping, entertainment and unmatched fishing! Check out the Okaloosa Pier near the Gulfarium only 2 miles away.
With your rental there is included beach service – 2 beach chairs and umbrella (while in season Mar-Oct). Large flat screen TV’s in living room and both bedrooms. WiFi is available and passwords will be given upon arrival. For your convenience we have a washer and dryer located in the unit.
We rent from Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and require a 3 night minimum during the other months. Reservations are not complete until I receive your signed rental contract, deposit and copy of driver’s license. Absolutely no smoking or pets allowed. Failure to comply will result in loss of your deposit plus damages if any.
