We have stayed at this property many times because of the location. The units have individual owners so you get mixed bag of how well the units are updated and outfitted. This unit is partially updated. It was comfortable.

Had a great time. Room was as advertised.

We Loved our stay. Beautiful views and grounds/property were very nice.

We had an amazing end of Summer blowout!

I always try to stay here! Every thing was good and I would give 5stars if the condo didn’t smell like mold. It was overwhelming when we walked in. Thought we would air it out, open the balcony. But it didn’t help. It attached to our clothes when we went to visit some friends, I could smell it on our clothes. On our way home now and my pillow smells like mold. I’m not sure how to fix that or where it’s coming from, maybe the air vents? But definitely needs an air purifier or something. It’s right beside Florabama so it made up for it! We had everything we needed. Comforter could be a little thicker and there was no bedding for the fold out couch.

For the cost the beach chair set and parking should be included by owner of managing group just like Florida does.

Great place for a quick escape!! Love the half bath on the one bedroom!!!

The condo was great for my daughter and I. Good size, clean, comfortable, cute decor, decent furniture.

Stayed here for sand in my boots! I bought shuttle passes but did not buy the condo/shuttle package, so we couldn’t use the special shuttle stop here but there’s one close by and it worked out great! Room was clean and exactly as described. We had no issues with our stay here.

Everything was excellent.

great rooms, convenient elevators, amenities are great. kids loved the indoor pool and hot tubs. Beach was great.location directly next to Flora-Bama was a bonus.

First trip to Orange Beach. Liked everything about it.

Would like to have had some coffee and several outlets do not work. Couch needs replacing..

Great location and condo. So refreshing to go to a clean condo and everything is clean and all appliances and utilities in kitchen work. Never had to call housekeeping or maintenance for anything. Also, you can park and never have to leave until checkout. Lots of entertainment and food options within walking distance. We will definitely try to rent in the future.

Stunning view, beautiful condo, peaceful stay.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! It was perfect for our family of four, with the kids comfortably sleeping on the couch sleeper. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus. The indoor pool and hot tubs were a big hit with the kids, and the large outdoor pool with direct beach access made it even better. Our 6-year-olds called it their favorite vacation yet! It was peaceful during our stay on weekdays, and we were lucky to be a couple of weeks ahead of the spring break crowds. Highly recommend for a relaxing and family-friendly beach getaway!

Did I mention it was great! ?. The condo is right on the beach, the beaches are absolutely beautiful and clean! The building was clean every day and night! it always smelled and looked fresh and clean. Our condo was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and had all the necessities on arrival. We didn’t have any trouble with anything in the condo and would stay there again. We enjoyed our stay very much!

1st time staying at Phoenix X, loved the unit and location of complex! Boardwalk to beach vey short and nice to navigate for seniors. Walking distance to at least 4 different restaurants, including Florabama. Only down side was the indoor pool was closed for repairs during our stay.

Easy access to property, very clean, loved having the parking levels. Overall a great week.

The property location is awesome. The cleaning could use some work, mold on the shower curtain liner and spots on main bathroom ceiling. I have a couple suggestions, it would have been help to have a book in the condo with suggestions on restaurants, local attraction etc. The welcome letter is very brief, first time I have ever stayed in a rental that did not offer at least minimal seasonings, salt, pepper etc. For the cost of roughly $350 a night for a 1 bedroom this would be a very minor expense for the landlord.
