This spacious 3-bedroom end unit features a balcony that looks directly over the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a king-sized bed in the master with beautiful views of the sugar white beaches and emerald waters, a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, twin over twin bunks and twin over queen bunks in the third bedroom and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, so this lovely unit sleeps 10! Enjoy free beach service including 1 umbrella and two chairs from March 1 to October 31. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. The Island Princess is a 7 story complex with 136 units featuring gulf-front balconies in the heart of Okaloosa Island.  Watch dolphins frolic from your own private, gulf-front balcony or take a swim in the lovely, gulf front pool (heated seasonally).  Soak your cares away in the hot tub or grill up your fresh catch on the provided grills.
