☀️Beach Front Corner Unit-3 King Suites-3BR Starboard Village 411☀️

Had a great time here with some friends for a long weekend! The condo was clean and obviously well cared for. The balconies (yes, plural!) were gorgeous, while also feeling very private and spacious. One shower had an issue with the sliding glass doors having derailed, but management was prompt to respond despite it being an after hours message. We will be keeping this gem in mind for our future trips!

Location is amazing! This was our third time here! Overall the cleanliness was good, however we did see a dirty white towel behind the couch (not ours) and a piece or two of clothing between the washer and wall (also not ours). Otherwise it was a wonderful stay!

Great location and loved the 3 king suites. We were so close to the beach and the views were spectacular. My only complaint was that the unit was not cleaned properly. There was dark brown makeup or tanning lotion on the doorways of the shared bathroom, crakers left on the floor of one of the suites and old urine stains on the toilets. Lots of dust in the bathroom cabinets. Just seems whoever is suppose to clean is has not done a thourough cleaning in sometime. The mattresses of our suite and another couples suite were uncomfortable as they had craters, and owners need to purchase new pillows. Ours were as flat as pancakes. Even with all that said, our friends and I had such a great relaxing time, that we will rent this unit again. We will just bring our own pillows.

Perfect location while in town to visit family. Beautiful property. Very well maintained. Lots of room! And not too far from downtown PNS. There was construction going on in the development. So there was some of that noise/activity, but they didn’t start too early, and they wrapped up at 5. I would stay here again.

By far the best condo we have stayed at in Pensacola, (we go a few times a year). Super clean and roomy, right on the beach and awesome views!

We stayed in this same unit last year and came back for the convenience for sure!! Also some wonderful decorative upgrades have been done!! We love this location and want to come again!!

Check in too late in the day. Check out is too early. A noon or 1 pm checkout is best. No lights on the walkway to the beach. Overall the condo is best for grown children and their wives. We had a nice stay but the check out is too rushed that early. Hotels give us a 1 pm checkout and usually let us check in early. The beach walkway is missing a nottoni step. Parking was an issue since the three couples came from three different states.

The property was perfect for our family. Every couple had their own bed/bathroom. Family area was perfect size. A grill of some kind would have been nice but overall everything was furnished.

The location of the condo was amazing! Steps away from the beautiful beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast, eat snacks and have coffee in the morning. Would have liked to have more plastic glassware to use out on the patio. Overall, excellent rental for us and our grownup kids.
