The Monterey is a small private gated community located along the shores of Seacrest beach. Gulf front and just steps away from the community pool, this unit is perfect for your home away from home while enjoying the relaxed atmosphere along 30a. While staying as a guest in Monterey B-102 you will receive complimentary **beach chair and umbrella set-up! (** Set-up includes 2 chairs,1 umbrella, and 1 table. Set-up is offered seasonally March 1st - October 31st.)

When you first enter this condo, you will notice the beautifully appointed open-concept living area. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all open to each other, making this the perfect layout for entertaining! Relax on the comfortable living room furniture, and watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen T.V.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals on those nights you want to stay in. Look right out your windows, and enjoy beautiful views of the gulf from the comfort of your own space! From the back patio, watch the sunrise with your morning coffee or enjoy the awesome sunset and sounds of waves as you plan your next day's adventures.

Just outside the sliding glass doors is a large green lawn, beautifully landscaped and convenient for the kids to enjoy a game of catch or Frisbee.

Monterey Condo is an exclusive gulf-front condominium on the south side of Highway 30A between Alys Beach and Watersound in the beach community of Seacrest. The gated complex is composed of three Mediterranean-style buildings, twenty-four units, and was constructed in 1999. Each floor has two units, so each unit is a wonderful corner unit. Its neighbors are condos, Capistrano, and Tranquility. Amenities include 275 feet of pristine beachfront, a heated pool, a private walkway to the beach, and lush landscaping. Walk to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, Bike on the famous 30A bike trail, and watch unsurpassed sunsets.

    We had a fabulous time! The condo was sparkling clean, well-stocked with everything (toilet paper, towels, kitchen utensils and appliances), and the view was wonderful. The rooms were made up nicely and worked great for my family of five. The location can't be beat, and we'll definitely be back!.

    Fabulous location with everything needed for a beach vacay. First floor location gives a grassy play area, a short walk to the pool and beach stairs and a killer view. The owners provide a free beach setup (chaises, umbrella and table). Our little one loved the “hidden” bunk room. The condo was extremely clean and well furnished. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the master bath renovations were a little rough and we were unable to use that shower due to a leak. We’d stay here again.

    Convenience of being able to park right in front of your condo to unload/reload was great. Being on the first floor and being able to walk right off the porch to the beach was great

    Location is perfect, master bath has mildew around the shower and trim that’s rotting. Front door looks awful, master shower is as small as a phone book. The door going out to patio has rust and appears to have black film on it. This place would be great if it was renovated and these issue are fixed

    The Monterey B-102 was a perfect fit for our family. We loved the large bedrooms and the layout of the home. We spent our mornings and evenings sitting on the patio with a beautiful, peaceful view of the gulf water and a special bonus of having a grassy area for children (or adults!) to play between the condo and the beach. The sunsets were unbeatable. We chose to travel during September to have a calmer, less crowded vacation and we were not disappointed. We received a personal call from iTrip Vacations with a storm update which we greatly appreciated. We loved our vacation and made wonderful memories!

    Pros: Great location, steps down to a private beach, close to pool, good sized bedrooms, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Great communication with the property mgmt team. Cons: Smaller family room, dirty furniture, throw pillows and rug. Kitchen dishwasher and microwave need replacing, tableware was not cleaned properly, had to be washed before using. Pots and pans were old and dirty, couldn't find one good skillet to make breakfast. No additional bed linens at all. Heavy plantain shutters on the windows/door facing the oceanside obstructed a great view. Need some urgent upgrading.

    We rented 2 units for our family. Both units advertised a bunk room with 2 bunk beds (pictures were included). We needed both units. 5 days before arrival I had heard nothing from one of the units managed by 30A escapes. Finally was able to contact them and they informed us that the bunks in our unit had been ripped out and were no longer available. It could have been a disaster but at last minute one of our people canceled. Also we did not get gate code or room code until we actually arrived at property. Fortunately the other unit had given us the gate code two weeks before! Also the refrigerator had a badly cracked shelf and badly broken drawer. Upon reporting this they sent someone to glue and tape the broken shelf and removed the drawer. It appeared this was an old break.. Why wasn’t this fixed when it happened? Very poor management. Anyway we won’t rent from 30A escapes again.

    Wonderful location. So nice to be right on the private beach and be able to pop back and forth to unit. Downstairs unit and so convenient. We took a lovely walk every morning down 30A for breakfast/ coffee. Close to everything. Unit is older but absolutely comfortable and had everything we needed!

    We have stayed in several houses/condos in 30A and this one is definitely one of our new favorites! The location is prime! We loved the private beach and not being surrounded by rows and rows of beach chairs. Easy drive to Seaside and Seacrest/Rosemary for shopping and eating out. The master bath could use a little work/fixing up.

    We really enjoyed our stay! We loved the ocean views from the dining room, living room, and master! We sat on the patio daily just listening to the waves was super nice and having private access to the beach was the icing on the cake! Can’t wait to book during spring/summer time!
