They were not. The entire property is well-kept up. We used the grills without having to clean them beforehand. The condo itself was very well stocked. The person who handled our parking and stay was very helpful.

The condo was fantastic and had everything to make our stay enjoyable. I was excited to see it had a Keurig coffee maker for my morning coffee fix. The views of the ocean from the oversized balcony were spectacular!

Nice condo had every thing you needed for a comfortable one month stay.It could use some TLC in both bathrooms to bring the condo uo to date. Bathrooms are some what outdated.Other than the bathrooms to be up dated it was a great month to be in the Tropic Winds. Greatas is a great company to deal with.

Nice condo. It is well euipped and we lacked nothing. Great view from the 23rd floor. Over all my wife and I had a nice vacation.

Anniversary trip with friends. Amazing place to relax and to wake up and look from bed to the beach and water,,,, breathtaking.

Reilly was so fantastic about helping us secure extra parking and making sure everything was OK. He answered his phone every time I called and really made the experience easy. If we are not at the beach, in the hot tub or in the pool, we are sitting on the balcony of the 23rd floor looking at and listening to the ocean!

Very nice having an assigned space in the parking deck although the deck is challenging to drive in. Description for the unit said parking was on first level, which was great, but it was on 2nd level, which was better than the 4th level space we had last year, but not as advertised. Greta’s Vacation Rentals was easy to work with last year and this; the phone call as we were headed to the beach letting us know the unit was ready was very helpful. Not great was the pool being unavailable either week we were there and fewer stars below for the unavailable amenity.

Condo was comfortable, reasonably clean, nicely decorated and sufficiently stocked with all essentials; beds were both king size and very comfortable. Balconies are a very good size and we liked the balcony furniture for this unit. Parking at Tropic Winds is tight and challenging but is assigned; the space for this unit was on the 2nd level just off the ramp up from the first level. Last year we had a 4th level space - trust me this space was so much easier to get in and out of. One thing we learned for sure is that if the next door neighbor is there with their dogs who are loud and anxious, you will know it. Building location is good; restaurant 2 blocks away is very good; Greta’s Beach Rental is easy to work with and quick to respond if you need them. But, NOT happy about the pool being unavailable for our entire two weeks with little explanation and no forewarning. The pool is as important to us as the beach.
