Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the great price, condo was adequate for our needs. Loved the outdoor plywood furniture and comfortable for viewing the beautiful gulf. Great water pressure in the master shower! WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN IN THIS CONDO but here r Suggestions for improvement: Sharper knives, kitchen scissors, & small pod coffee maker (we were warned & brought our own). Would have been nice to have a King size bed & better mattress. (Definitely mattress was problem for us, sinking towards middle) And lastly- a list of channels, what remotes to use, & get the FOX STATION (only Fox Live was available along with the other major stations except not FOX .

This one needs a new mattress, and instructions for the TV usage - too many boxes and remotes! As always, the view is the star!

Also the pathway to the beach was extremely overgrown and difficult to utilize. Did appreciate condo was super dog friendly. Would stay again but not when elevators are being worked on!

We love it here. The only negative is the queen size bed, a king size bed would make our stay perfect.
