Beach Front, Beach/Gulf View, 2 Pools, Stylish, Comfortable & Relaxing

This is the perfect condo for a stay on Dauphin Island. Waymon and Myers were excellent hosts. All of the information was communicated clearly and they answered any questions promptly. The kitchen was well stocked for in room meal preparation. Or if you can choose from pizza, burgers, ice-cream, and seafood across the street. The beach was easy to access. There are 2 beach chairs and an umbrella provided. We also noticed that there were a few “commercial” beach set ups on the beach. There was not a phone number on the chairs, but I am guessing they are for rent. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. We had plenty of blankets, towels, and wash cloths. Both televisions are smart tvs. We enjoyed being able to log into our accounts to watch a movie. We would absolutely book this listing again.

The address the host gave us for our gps took us to the wrong place... thank god it was daylight so we could figure it out. the address that vrbo had was correct. the place was nice but really needs deep cleaned! The bathrooms were clean and floors swept it looked tidy. Cabinet fronts were sticky and the doors to the rooms and closets around the handles were dirty and had food on them ( ones is kitchen ) Laundry still in dryer.

What a wonderful location, property and vacation! This condo is right across the street from Pirates Pizza and on the main strip for everything else. There wasn't anyone at the front desk but the owners already sent us the key code so there was no issue getting in and settled. Everything was clean and comfortable (need and sofa) and the view was just amazing. The boardwalk to the water only goes about one third to the water so prepare to walk the rest on the dune/beach. Coming back, there is a shower to rinse off before jumping into one of the two pools!One of the biggest reasons we rented this property was it's location. 3 miles from West Beach, 3 miles from East Beach. Granted, DI isn't big, but this is easy bicycle range for most.Inside, the bed was comfy and all the furniture was in great shape. The kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony was divine! We didn't have any issues with the property and the owners did amazing to communicate. I only regret I can't give more that 5 stars!!!

Short girls trip. Condo was good. Moderately clean. Did see mold on the bathroom shower rack that was inside the shower. Not much water pressure. Odd looking suction handle for the sliding door. The condo could use a bit updating, price a little steep for one night (391) but fine for last minute. First time staying in this area. It was a bit surprised that they wanted us to strip the bed linings, towels and wash them. Usually there is a cleaning service for that. The cleaning lady did mentioned about the towels and linens after we left a cover up in the dryer and went back to get it. Weather and area was nice with ocean view.The condo was fully stocked in the kitchen. Soap for bathroom. All in all a good trip. Communication from Host was great. Got a text when the room was ready which was nice and able to check in a little early. The 2 pools were really nice. Walk way to the beach.

My Daughter and I can for a long weekend to celebrate her recent graduation. Everything was So Beautiful and Honestly Perfect! The Owners are So Very Kind and Communicative! We LOVED Our time on Dauphin Island!!!

The condo unit was modern, clean, and had all that we needed, with a bonus beautiful view!Check-in, check out was easy. The Inn is a beautiful facility! Maybe add directions for TV; however, my husband figured it out! We will return!

Condo is clean and well maintained. Great view of the Gulf. Recommend for couples and small families. Host is very nice and helpful if needed. Walk to beach takes a couple of minutes or so but it’s manageable.

Very relaxing, quiet getaway

Condo is just big enough to feel cozy and not cramped. Furnishings are nice enough to feel your self get into vacation mode without fearing your kids will potentially mess something up. Beach and boardwalk is just long enough to enjoy the nature/ wildlife/ butterflies before you sigh and feel the white sand on your toes. But yall….. the view from the balcony is MORE than enough!! True to picture on listing. Cozy, comfy chairs to watch the sun come up and slowly go down at night and to see all the stars!! We hope to have “just enough” to return here every year.

My husband and I had a great time. Condo was so clean. The property owners were awesome and had great communication. If we ever get the opportunity to come back, we would stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at the Inn 407 because of its cleanliness, and close walking distance to the beach.

The weather was beautiful, the condo was just right for the two of us, and we’re already planning next year’s trip!

This was our first visit to Dauphin Island. We chose the island because of the low-key surroundings & non-touristy atmosphere. It was perfect. The condo was stocked with everything we needed & very comfortable as if we were at home! The fact it was on the 4th floor was perfect so there were no disturbances above us. The location to the beach was an easy walk on the sturdy boardwalk. We enjoyed the restaurants, touring Fort Gaines & the beautiful sunsets. We would definitely visit again. If this sounds like the setting you’re looking for we highly recommend it!

Loved the condo. Had everything we needed and matched to the online pictures. It was convenient to restaurants. Quiet atmosphere which was very relaxing. Exactly what we needed!

My husband and I just wanted to be beach bums, read, and eat! lol. We like to stay places where pets aren’t allowed. (No offense to people with pets) (We have them- just not inside) When I searched our preferences, this particular condo came up. Everything about it was easy from making reservations until we checked out. The view is breathtaking. The condo was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. We also loved how laid back and slow living it was on Dauphin Island. We both had a wonderful time.

The host was wonderful to work with, very quick to respond and left us lots of recommendations. A very quiet area to hang out.

Condo had all the necessities and was very clean. Short walk to the beach and nice pools. My wife and I will definitely visit again. The Jordans were excellent with communication and made checkin a breeze.

I will start off with the property owners reached out to me before time of check in to let me know we could check in early. Everything was very clean. It was the perfect place for our family for 4. We hope to stay at the owners rental again. The owners also sent me a listing of all the restaurants and rentalsIn the area after I reached out to them that this was our first time there. I Would highly recommend this place for anyone.

Such a gorgeous place to stay with balcony overlooking the Gulf and direct access to the beach. It was perfect for a couple. Amenities were top notch. We would definitely stay again!
