Stayed Jul 5, 2025The floors were not clean. We had to wear our shoes or the bottoms of our feet were black. Lot of rough housing in the pool by older kids. Made it difficult for us with a 3 year old. Enjoyed the lay out of the room. Owner was nice. Having beach chairs already paid for was a nice bonus!

Stayed Mar 30, 2024The elevator was an issue- under renovation and only one in service which took a long time to get on, off to go to the 22nd floor. The room cleanliness could be improved and need for some maintenance items required BUT the property manager was quick to get back to me and assist. It was a great location to Pier Park and there is no such thing as a bad day at the beach! Chair service also a plus!
