Beach Front Balcony ~ Seasonally Heated Pool

The view was beautiful and bed slept so comfortable. We were able to park in a secure covered area connected with the resort and beach just a walk out the gate. So relaxing. I enjoyed my stay.

The property was clean and a safe place to stay with your family. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Being on the 21st floor, we had amazing views. The condo was just perfect for two people. Huge shower and double sinks in the large bathroom was awesome. Right on the beach, great pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay again.

Great location and stay!!!

Looking for a quick getaway for a few days and came across this Gem! I have stayed at SanDestin many times but normally with a large group of family and friends, this time there was three of us. My mom and my aunt, so this unit was the perfect size for us. As soon as we opened the door, we were drawn to The View! We bypassed everything else in the unit and couldn’t help but head straight to the balcony! Wow…Amazing! Then back in to the unit. Let me say… no justice!!while the pictures are nice, they do absolutely No Justice to the actual furnishings inside. Every inch was clean and comfy. Furniture in awesome condition. Not beach worn or run down. Communication with the property managers was amazing for the smallest of questions. My inquiry was replied to immediately. We had a very small insignificant issue with a running toilet. The response was quick and fixed within 30 minutes. We weren’t sure where to catch the tram. Response right away. Even at 7pm that night. By the way, it’s in the garage level to the left. Ha. From the property to the pools and parking, just a fantastic experience. We are already planning our return! To be honest, I could go on and on, but you should experience it for yourself! I would more than highly recommend this unit!

Great location and wonderful property. So many extra details that made stay extra special. They were working on the elevator and started every morning at 7 am which did create quite a bit of noise that ultimately woke us up each day. Not sure how long the work will be going on and certainly is out of the control of this property but truly was the only thing to possibly complain about.

Very happy with our rental on 21st floor! Loved the covered, gated parking. We’ll return for sure!

Our stay was great! Very easy check in process, nice clean condo. The beach umbrellas in the beach cage were both torn and not usable, other than that it was an excellent stay

This was one of the best beach experiences my wife and I have had in a long time. Everything was exactly as advertised, and then some. The unit was clean, and the property was very nice and spacious, updated on the room and the grounds. Zero problems with other guests or a crowded beach. Never felt crowded in elevator or beach once. Check-in was a breeze, and communication was excellent with management. They even called just to check on us halfway through our stay. I could go on and on. You worry about how everything will cost so much a night, but I thought the cost of what we received was absolutely worth it. I even forgot to stop and grab a few essentials on the way in, only to walk in and find a welcome gift box with dishwashing/laundry soap and several other essentials to keep me from having to go out again after a long drive that night. I thought that was just too cool. Thank you to management and everyone who made this an excellent trip. Already looking to book again in the near future!
