As advertised, clean, spacious, right on top of the beach, the view from the master is even better in person. Highly recommend!

Great condo. The pictures online of the patio made it seem larger. It was quite small. But, overall, the condo was clean and cozy.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Condo and property was amazing. It was a plus that the beach for this property was overpopulated. Will be returning!

This was our first time using Vrbo. It was our first time going to Sandestin, FL. Our condo was very clean and supplied well. The furniture and the master bed were good quality and comfortable. We enjoyed the rockers they had out on the balcony. There were other accommodations that were provided, like the bus shuttle passes which we used to go to Baytowne Warf for dinner one night. My Vacation Haven do a wonderful job with handling the vacation arrangements and most important, having a very clean place to stay. It was just my husband and I on this trip. It felt like a second honeymoon. We look forward to returning here in the future.

This is our third year staying in Beachside One, and we were planning on making this our winter home as long as we’re able to drive to Florida. Upon reserving this same condo for next year, we were told that the rent for February had gone up $1400, now the most expensive rental unit in Beachside One. So we booked a unit for February-March, 2024 for a total of $2000 less for the two months. Also, there’s a sign at our front door saying not to remove items or rearrange furniture. Last year we did take two pictures down in a hallway because they we’re continuing to fall down when we were in the hallway doing laundry. I also moved a table and lamp to facilitate my reading and needle work as well as lamp to light a dark area on the way to the kitchen when it’s dark. We didn't harm anything, always treating this unit with respect. The sign was a bit of a slap in the face to loyal, respectful renters.

I appreciated the gated community and gated beach access. The walk to the beach was easy- for the children and my mother. The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean. The room was furnished beautifully and had everything we needed. I’m not sure if anyone else experienced this but we didn’t have cold water for showers or the washing machine. It was a little frustrating to come in from the hot sun and not be able to take a cold shower. I’m not sure what the issue was but hopefully it is resolved now. That was the only issue we had. Otherwise the condo was perfect.
