Beach FRONT! Balcony-Indoor Heated Pool-Fitness Center-Hot Tubs-Tidewater 2115

All the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. There was only 1 trash bag available in the kitchen. For 6 people we ended up going to the store to buy our own supplies. Dryer takes several tries to dry anything. Some water leaks in the main bathroom and sink doesn’t drain quickly. The view is beautiful, quiet. Will sleep 6, but the beds were so hard and miserably uncomfortable you might as well sleep on the hard floor.

We really enjoyed our stay OTHER THAN the elevators. The wait time was TERRIBLE. Unfortunately, we will not be back due to the elevators. Hopefully they will fix this issue in the future.

The elevators you have to have patience but the one cloest by itself works the best. Definitely will stay again. Enjoyed the mixture of people and beautiful sight from this floor.

The location was astounding, staff were wonderful and the condo was exceptional only because of the Balcony view. There’s not adequate elevators or pool/hot tub space for the amount of people that are there during a busy time.

The location was nice but a lot of walking to get to condo. The unit is pretty dated. The bed had broken springs and when we called about it they just put another foam mattress pad on top of the two already on it. We had one teaspoon. The cleanliness was questionable. Dining table very stained and old looking. A lot of dirt on the bar stools. The broom and mop were hanging in the same closet as all the large kitchen appliances, ex: crock pot, larger pots etc. Three large floor tiles are broken and move around if you accidently step on them, very easy to cut a foot. My husband's socks were dirty from walking around the floor. Apparently not mopped in quite a while. It was OK but we wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Booked a random few days to enjoy the beach! Sadly it was a bit too cold but we still enjoyed it. Place was nice, needs a few changes. Daughter found a bottle in her bed when she went to sleep the first night. The tile in kitchen is busted on one. The knifes were still dirty with red lint it looked like and the bed is hard as a rock. Overall though we had a great time and I will be back!

Was nice for the price

This place looked amazing online when I booked there was just a few issues. I, myself could not personally open the front door it stuck so bad my husband had to do it every time. There was also 2 tiles broken by the spare bathroom that was quite alarming to step on. Bedroom fan didn’t work :( after being on the hot beach all day that would have been ideal for me. Just seemed a little dated and simple things could be fixed. Trim in the bathroom being one. The washing mashing smelled like mildew so bad I could barely keep it Open for very long. Def needs a little TLC but overall it was an amazing view and location. I had also messaged the company when we got there about the fridge not being cold and never heard back.

Our room had some minor issues that could be addressed, but the over all experience was pretty good.

Everything was good except the elevators. We waited anywhere from 15 min.-45 min. Many times they were either full or not even running! We were on 21st floor and ended up having to hike down and up because waiting was taking so long or elevators not working. There were many people in the stairwell complaining about the problem. It was hot and stuffy. This will prevent me from staying at The Tidewater ever again. One couple left early to go to another condo. This was unacceptable.

This wasn’t my first time in this property we stayed 2years ago and I wanted to stay again at this property it was beautiful and I really enjoy 2115 it’s very clean and nice. Thanks for sharing your property with my family.
