Unit has been updated with all new Kitchen Stainless Steel appliances and newfurniture throughout. The unit sleeps 4 adults. There is a pull out couch in the FR. and a queen bed in the BR. Small 8x20 heated pool on site. BBQ/patio area on property offers both a charcoal and a gas grill for your cooking convenience. Charcoal and fuel NOT PROVIDED There is a gas exchange tank available if that is your preference. There are 2 chase
lounges available for your sun bathing pleasures as well as 4 chairs and a table for your deck. Parking is limited to ONE CAR ONLY..A window/wall AC/HEAT unit controls the temperature. Everything you need for a perfect beach vacation!!
