Everything matched the description once arriving. Overall pleased.

We had a great stay

Disappointed but we made the most of it, property really needs some work. Deep cleaning needing done badly, mattress so uncomfortable they are worn out, some lighting didn’t work, items were missing. I had to sweep and mop the floor after my granddaughter walked a crossed it barefooted. Then bedding had stains. Washer had mildew I had to clean it before I could use it. I purchased oven mitt and pot holders as there were none. Cleaning company needs evaluated by home owner I am sure they would be disappointed. I left this property cleaner then when I found it. This could be such a beautiful place.

The bedrooms are very tiny, and the mattresses are just about as bad as they come. There were old candy wrappers behind the nightstands. Bar stools in kitchen are falling apart, DO NOT SIT in them.

Overall condo was very well kept. A few house keeping items need updating. Master bed and bedroom 2 mattresses both need to be replaced badly. Shower heads in both bathrooms were nasty and need to be cleaned due to the mildew, and the washing machine seal needs to be cleaned from the mildew. Condo was comfortable and clean other than the items above.

Needs little TLC deep cleaning. Being right on the strip for traffic was little much other than that the property has nice. pools ,white sandy beaches.

GREAT family location with beachfront views. Street noise was something that you need to be prepared for. Bring a sound machine.

The sound of the road noise was hard to get use to. First time staying at a location that had the bedrooms on the street side.

Pros: The amenities at the Majestic Towers were nice. We enjoyed the pools. We had a great view. No late night disruptions/music. Security and resort personnel were helpful. Panama City Beach is a lovely place with a lot to do. We had fun. Cons: My first thought when entering the condo was “this place needs a paint job.” Some wear and tear is expected, but it really needed some TLC and maintenance. The bathroom door to the guest bathroom was peeling. The trim needed paint/cleaning. My kids kicked their shoes off and the bottoms of their feet were black in minutes. We had to swiffer mop the floors. The rails to the sliding doors in the closet were rusted and difficult to use. The full size bed was very noisy and squeaky. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable so we went and bought a mattress pad. The sinks do not drain well. Some of this could be overlooked if it were the only problem, but all of it together was a little disappointing.

The condo was nice and had an amazing view of the gulf! The main bedroom bed was pretty comfortable. The queen size bed seemed a little wonky. I think the condo could use a deep cleaning but I have OCD.;) A few places in walking or biking distance which we loved. Quiet area. Overall we would stay here again.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and loved the balcony and location. The place is as described, with some things showing some wear. There were some items missed during the cleaning, such as old coffee in the coffee pots and weren’t cleaned, sink being clogged, etc., but not a huge deal. We had some minor issues during our stay, but RealJoy was very responsive and took care of everything promptly.

My best friend and I stayed to celebrate my 40th, and her graduating with her masters in nursing. Beaches and pools are perfect, management is quick to respond! Condo was exactly as described and clean
