    Feedback: nice property, location and area. Would have appreciated an email on the check in process sooner. Not a big deal but we were notified the day prior of a 2 hour delay on check in. Process for check in should be reviewed to see how things can be expedited. This is equivalent to me of paying for 2nd day air for a package delivery for it to only be delayed. Things happen and are to be expected. Attempted to contact property manager a day prior only to sit on hold for 10 mins - so I hung up. The property management group needs more customer focus.
