Our condo has been freshly painted throughout, newly renovated kitchen with new cabinets, pantry, quartz countertops and dinning area with seating for six. Master bedroom with king bed has gulf view, access to the balcony an on-suite bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and on-suite combo bath.

*Please note: Phoenix I has a solar-heated outdoor pool, which allows comfortable year-round swimming. Phoenix I is also a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
