    Very clean room and property! Excellent ocean view from our 1st floor room. We felt safe. It was a very short walk to the beach. The pool looked nice. We observed someone cleaning the charcoal grills daily. Easy access from the parking lot to the room. On the 1st day, the office called to let us know about a maintenance issue before they accessed our room. My only negative comments are: the sofas were uncomfortable, two light switches were nonfunctioning, and the wall clock needed batteries.

    We enjoyed our stay. First floor wasn’t our favorite, but we still had a view and could come and go without having to use the elevator. Condo didn’t get very cold, but we were able to get comfortable late at night. Room could have used black out curtains or shades. Also the room closest to the entry could hear the hallway stairs door shut until late at night. So, if you are a light sleeper, you wouldn’t want to sleep in that room. That is also the room that had a lot of light pouring in at night. It was a great location and was able to walk to the beach and restaurants and stores.

    Overall stay was great. The large window at balcony needs blinds or a curtain. No privacy to outside and light pours through on couch bed sleepers.

    Property matched descriptions and was clean. Only problem was not enough parking. If you go into town and get back late, chances are you will not have a place to park. Had to park a couple of blocks down the road when we got back at 11 o’ clock.
