I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had never stayed on this end of the beach. Turned out to be great. The ice machine in the room is an awesome touch. The room has a great view of the beach overlooking the pool. This is probably the best condo rental I’ve ever had in PCB. The staff were constantly cleaning the grounds. I’ll definitely come back.

During our stay the livingroom and dining area windows were replaced and new black out curtains installed. This made a huge difference. Any little problems were taken care of in a timely manner. See you next year!

Great location, close to grocery stores, and state park, on quiet end of Thomas Drive. As always received great customer service from rental management staff. Would recommend light filtering curtains in two of the bedrooms.

We took our dog on his first beach vaca and he absolutely loved the two balconies. I definitely recommend this unit. We also enjoyed the pickeball/tennis courts and a racquet ball court. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

When plugging in one lamp we found doggie chew toys on the floor. Again floors were very nasty.
