Beautiful location. The beach was nice. The condo was very clean. I had a very nice time with my family.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean. The only thing was the ice maker in the fridge didn’t work. But overall it was nice and we loved that everything was close by, We would probably stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Aqua building and grounds were nice and well kept. The location was good overall. The floors in the unit that we stayed in were very dirty, our feet were black within the first hour of walking around. It was unfortunate as it was a good place to stay.

Our beach vacation was amazing! This property was spacious and comfortably accommodated my entire family. Everything we needed was provided, and the layout made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend for large groups or family getaways!

Overall condo was ok, ac didn’t work well the first bit, we couldn’t enjoy the balcony any day because of the bird droppings on cushions and covering the ground. There’s no early check in allowed,Condo was supposed to have been cleaned day before there was sand, a used earring leftover and dirty linens and trash under sofa bed mattress. Plus side, beach chairs/umbrella including book them early in your stay, close to elevator ,Elevators were quick, and close to pier park.

Resort and Condo were wonderful!

The room was clean and exactly as described! The elevators were great! Our kids enjoyed the pools and hot tub. We will definitely be back!

HONEST REVIEW!!!The views and location are perfect. The kitchen is stocked other than ice trays the only one is broken. Ice maker is broken also. The master’s shower door is nasty! Large tub was great. The front bathroom shower doesn’t work. The AC was out the whole time. We had to keep curtains shut so defeated the purpose of staying on the beach. We were informed 2 days before arrival and offered other places that were not comparable to this one. We were told the AC would be fixed early week so we chose to keep what we had booked already. Trying to be optimistic after being told that the window unit worked good for prior tenants. The master was hot every night bc the window unit in the front of the condo didn’t cool it. Thank goodness we brought our own box fan knowing we may need it. The fan in the unit is a floor fan that didn’t do anything. Someone came in to make a scene about it not being fixed the day before we left. Not sure if this is their routine or how long they been kicking this can down the road but we stayed a week and the prior tenant had to use the window unit too. They do NOT care at all about making their mishap right so I wouldn’t suggest anyone stay with Blue Swells due to lack of customer service. Aqua itself is always great!

The location was within walking distance to local shops, and restaurants. I opened my eyes each morning to a view of the ocean. Not the host’s fault, but pigeons overtook the balcony and left their droppings so we didn’t get to enjoy the balcony like we wanted to. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked with cookware for cooking meals. Walmart was close by for a grocery run. I really hated to leave. Jason was quick to respond to questions. Wonderful vacation.

Very nice place. Clean and everything we needed. Loved the pool area and parking was also great.

We rented the property for my Daughters Senior Spring Break trip and had an exceptional stay! The property is clean and welcoming, and the pools were very well cared for! The Beach chair rental is included, which is an amazing addition to the rental. Would definitely use Blue Swell again!

Very nice property!

Our stay was great. Room next to the elevator but not loud. The view was beautiful. The beach chairs was a great addition. This was perfect for our quick little get away.

Very relaxing

This was our first stay in Panama City Beach. The property was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable with a great view. We very much enjoyed our stay and the accommodations.

Me and my friend went for a quick getaway and had the best time! The condo was gorgeous and clean. The proximity to everything was great! We didn’t get in our car again until it was time to go home.

The unit was clean, but definitely needed some TLC. Small things needed attention. For example, most of the door handles were very loose, the master bath door clasp at the top had the spring sticking out so you had to close it by hand, the ice maker in the fridge didn’t work, even when we turned it to “on” and a towel ring was off the wall in the guest bath. Not deal breakers, just deferred maintenance.

The condo was great!! Very clean and updated. Loved the location to the beach. The pools were fantastic. Small problem with pigeons that had taken over the balcony. Could not enjoy the balcony as much as we wanted. Will defintely come back.
