Great location, walking to the beach. Very roomy, well furnished.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was up to date and furnished very nicely. The bedrooms were small but we still had a great stay and great time at the beach. The management was very nice and helpful. They supplied towels, beach towel and toiletries. Although we had beach access. Our beach privileges were limited to certain areas on the beach.

Took granddaughters down for celebration of graduation. The place was great. It does say beach about 1 minute away. Which was correct but most of the beach was “private”. And had a small area to sit. It was nice they had beach towels and lawn chairs to use since we flew to Florida and couldn’t pack that stuff. I would recommend it!

The pool was so dirty and looked green. We didn't even use it because of this.The condo was nice but no storage/closet space.We also booked this because beach chairs and beach towels were provided. The beach were first come first serve and were just cheap beach chair from the 7-11.

Reviewer Comments: I had a hard time finding a place to rent for the weekend of my son’s wedding on Siesta Key. With very few choices open, I chose this location. With the amount I paid, I was expecting a really nice place. The kitchen had cheap pots and pans, there was not a sharp knife in the place, the sheets were cheap and rough, and the dishwasher was a joke. If you plan to cook on your vacation, this is not the place for you!

Property needs updatingNo dressers, tiny closet is useless, furniture old, shower barely warm, kitchen poorly stocked.

The property was reasonably up-to-date, nice and clean. A/C was awesome in the Florida heat. All that I wanted.

Complete with beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. I’d definitely stay here again. Very clean and nice.

Quick walk to the beach, grabbing beach chairs was easy and a quick walk to almost anything!

Very nice pool and hot tub area.3. Easy beach access.Negatives:1. Very poor stocking of kitchen. There were only two knives and three spoons. Mentioned this to staff and three days later they finally broubht additional silverware.2. No hot water on our first day. No compensation provided for inconvenience. Wife had to take a shower in another unit.3. Silverware basket in dishwasher had holes in it causing silverware to end up in bottom of dishwasher.4. Bedrooms and bathrooms were quite small.Did not find it to be a value for the money spent. Will look elsewhere next time we visit the area.
