Beach Condo on Siesta Key Beach w/ Heated Pool

Not as advertised!! Pictures posted do not show reality. 1970’s decor. Sofa sleeper broken. Had throw pillows under the cushions to keep you from falling in. 8 track cassette player for your listening pleasure. A/C no lower than 73. Bedrooms in the 80’s all day. Dirt everywhere. Dust everywhere. Disgusting. Managerial team is horrendous! Manager called me a liar about dust mites. Pictures attached as proof! I asked for the management company owner to call me. He never called! I’m reporting to all necessary agencies in Florida. Stains on the sheets, comforters. The place has paint roller streaks, on walls, cabinets. The entire place needs painted, updated and cleaned!

Some things were outdated but overall was very homey. Would recommend staying there to others

We had a relaxing vacation in one of the most beautiful places in Florida. Location is perfect. You are not overrun by massive crowds but are still very close to shops and restaurants. The water and beach are beautiful as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Please verify that this property has been completely renovated, and exterminated before booking. As of March 30, 2023, this rental was full of cockroaches, the master bedroom mattress smelled like mildew, mold in the showers and around the baseboards, grimy furniture, and beach amenities were rusted, broken or missing.

Please do not waste your money on this unit. Jamaica Royale is a GREAT place to stay, but go through their office and not this unit. This unit is not managed by Jamaica Royale. Upon arrival, we noticed it was very outdated (which I did expect from previous reviews, but didn't really care as long as it was clean) The stove was dirty, found dust and hair in the bedrooms from not being cleaned, the bathrooms have not been touched as doors were splintering and mold and mildew growing on trim. Get ready to go to bed that evening after a long 20+ hours of travel to find that the air mattress has a hole in it. The sleeper sofa is broken. Property manager brings us a new air mattress at 9pm, but have no way to pump it up. My college age girls assure me everything is fine and they will sleep on couch and love seat to make it work. The girls that were sleeping in the beds wake me up at 11:30pm to tell me there are bugs in the beds! So half my party slept on the tile floor!! Needless to say this was my breaking point. I was not paying to have my family sleeping on a tile floor for the week. Property manager didn't see an issue and told me there would be no refunds and that the place was as advertised They did not advertise bugs, they did not advertise the dirt in the kitchen or the lack of supplies, they did not advertise the mold/mildew in the bathrooms or the dust/hair in the bedrooms. Please don't waste your money here!

Everything outdated !! Carpet dirty , wood molding rotten , linens poor , torn bedsheet , crumbs in cabinets , bare bones minimum kitchen utensils ! So disappointed! Location was only saving grace … beach beautiful , easy access to town , pool nice . I would recommend choosing another unit for sure . We will not stay here again !!

everything went smooth with check in and check out. overall property was clean and location was great. However the property needs to be sprayed for the many different bugs and ants that were seen throughout our stay. Hopeing we did not bring any home with us….

My husband and I stayed for our honey moon. The condo was very clean and met all our expectations. We plan to come back and bring our kids. Beach is AMAZING!

Very, very dated. The eight track cassette player in the living says it all. Tired, worn furniture. Uncomfortable beds. Old towels, bedding and horrible pillows. Drawers in the kitchen fell out when opened (among other kitchen issues). The owners of this place haven’t spent a dime on this condo in years. The actual Jamaica Royale property is not maintained as it once was, but you can still find much better properties than this place through them. The only 5-star component is its proximity to the beach, but I still don’t think that makes up for the condition of the unit. Don’t waste your hard earned dollars.

Very basic, but it fits your needs for a beach vacation. Comfortable and relaxing. Thanks!
