Beach Colony West, A Beach Vacation like no other!

Awesome place with by far the best views of the ocean and pier. New year's fireworks off the pier were amazing. This condo is clean and well stocked. Easy main level parking too. Always a great time at Navarre Beach!

What a great condo, overlooking the most beautiful beach. The three bedroom, three bath condo was very well stocked and perfect for our family. The deck was humongous and offered a lot of space for outdoor living. We definitely will be back!

Personally, I thought it was a little bit pricey for what it was. It was a fairly good location issues with not being able to lock the door and not having a key and not being able to use the keypad were kind of inconvenient.

Condo was perfect! Exactly as described and even better than expected. So clean and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The layout for our Family with teens was great. Communication with Chris was great and we would definitely recommend this property.

I would like to give you some positive feedback on our experience. As a baseline, we have family in the area and have rented numerous properties on Navarre Beach to include some on the bay side. Of all the properties this is by far the best rental we have had. It started out with the first impression as to the timeliness of the correspondence with the owner and carried on to walking into the condo. The location is unsurpassed. The stocking of provisions was the best we have experienced. It made the first few days easy. All of the furnishings were quality and seemed to withstand the frequency of renters. We particularly enjoyed the balcony furniture and cushions provided. We will definitely be coming back.

Condo is just as described with an incredible view. Kitchen is well stocked with what you need to cook. The owner was very responsive with a few questions we had. The building itself was also well kept and safe. We loved our stay. Thank you!

This was our first stay in Navarre and we have found our new favorite beach! The location of the condo was perfect and the balcony view is amazing. Could have slept out there. Everything we needed was provided and we all had plenty of room to watch football, play games and cook together. The beach is a short walk and so clean and quiet. Loved having the 2 chairs and umbrella set up for us each day. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but not without a couple of small issues. The keypad to unlock the door was broken and we only found this out when we tried to check in to the condo. At first, I was unable to contact the owner by phone but thankfully a guest in my party saw the keys under the doormat. I did eventually get in contact with one of the owners and was told the cleaning lady did tell her the keypad was not working, which made me question why we weren’t alerted to this problem ahead of time to avoid it being an issue. So during our week long stay, there was one set of keys to keep up with for 3 people, who at times were doing different things. Also, we noticed that the door had damage from what looked like it had been pried open, which was a little concerning. Another issue was one of the TV’s was not working, so I contacted one of the owners and he said he would call me back with a time that the cleaning lady would come and fix the issue since she is supposed to make sure the TV’s are all in working order before guest arrive. Unfortunately, I never heard back from him. Despite these little issues, we had a great time and would recommend this property.
