Stayed Apr 3, 2026Great apartment. Loved being able to walk out the front to the pool and the beach.We enjoyed how comfortable and clean it was.The pools and fitness center were great amenitie.A couple of items came up that could have been avoided:The jets in the jetted tub did not work.We were excited to take a bath with a view of the beach it the amazing master bathroom. (We did not have time to call this in for repairs)Additionally the front door only had one door lock and handle. There was no extra deadbolt. Additionally , there was no additional safety latch to secure the door at night. (We could see one had been there from the holes in the door post).

Stayed Jan 6, 2026Everything was great. Things were clean. We had all the kitchen appliances we needed for cooking. There were extra blankets. Puzzles to play. Books to read. Comfy master suite bed!

Stayed Oct 5, 2024Beach Colony is a great place to stay. Loved the ease and access of being on the ground floor. Great communication with the manager. There were fruit flies present on check-in that were a bit of a nuisance throughout our stay. The condo sleeps six but there is only comfortable seating for 4-5. Indoor and outdoor seating could stand to be updated.

Stayed Sep 15, 2024We didn’t like the beach. We had a hard time getting to the water with that sand dune to get to the water. The water was full of sea weed.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024We were very pleased with this condo. It’s ground floor so the pool and the beach are steps away. You could almost feel like you are on the beach. We had an issue with the washer not spinning and maintenance guy was there within an hour. Communication and customer svc with these folks is amazing. They responded when I IM’d them in the app almost immediately. We also got caught up I the Delta debacle in ATL and I let them know some of our party would be late and they were super nice about saying sorry that happen etc.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024They make you wear wristbands at pool and beach, very inconvenient to remember everytime you go out to have it on… not really comfortable for some big people and hard for very skinny people to keep it on as it keep falling off and they want to charge $10 for each one lost… after the expense they hit you with I think it is rediculous

Stayed May 16, 2024We are five close friends who live locally and have rented various condos over the years. We saved our info on this one b/c we'll definitely be back. The condo was roomy and had a great lay out. We took a chance on the ground floor and loved it!
