Stayed Aug 5, 2024This unit and view was everything it said it was and more. This was my dream vacation. I’ve had Perdido Key on my bucket list for a while now and staying at this condo was the BEST decision. Everyone had room to spread out. The veranda is gorgeous. Master bed and bath are just like the pictures! Queen bed in 2nd bedroom and bunk beds in 3rd bedroom. Full kitchen loaded with everything except measuring cups (that we could find). Gorgeously decorated. Simple and clean. LOTS of sitting areas overlooking the gorgeous white sand and blue/green water. I will definitely be bringing my family back here often!

Stayed Jul 17, 2024Great location on the beach and wonderful views. Some appliances need to be updated but not a big deal since we didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit. Two pools which was nice. Wonderful view of the ocean although the listing is misleading calling this a “penthouse” unit. It isn’t only floors 19 and 20 from it looks like.

Stayed Dec 30, 2023The condo was very clean. We really enjoyed our time there. Although the issues are very minut, I will address them. We had several days of a hard. driving rain & wind. We had to lower the hurricane shudders. The strong rain and heavy winds caused the shudders to rattle very loud all night. We got little, if any, sleep. Also the balcony furniture was very dated and uncomfortable.

Stayed Sep 24, 2023Everything was very adequate and well besides the dryer machine. It would take countless rounds to fully dry the clothes which was a big pain. Besides from that everything was good and fulfilled our satisfaction.

Stayed May 12, 2023We had the best time staying here. Everything was amazing, from the condo itself to the awesome view. We liked being up high because we could see so much more, like the dolphins swimming by every morning. It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. I also like that there are only four units per floor. No long waits for elevators and plenty of space at pool and on beach. Will definitely rent this one again!

Stayed Jul 31, 2021The view is beautiful. Nothing like waking up, having a cup of coffee and looking out at the beach and ocean. The unit had everything we needed to cook the meals we decided to cook. Only bad thing was the porch outlet kept popping when plugging in our laptop. I would definitely rent this place again.
