Stayed Sep 29, 2025Tacky condo. King mattress on exposed bed frame. Headboard leaning against wall. Outdated used furniture. Kitchen basic supplies. Tiny TVs. Only nice area was balcony with rocking chair! Owner text “do not call me”. Will not rent from Pam Martin again. Others said she is a “problem”

Stayed May 23, 2025Loved the Beach Club overall, but our unit was dated. Pros: AC worked great! Loved the 11th floor views. Coast restaurant food was excellent. Cons:Both bed mattresses very firm and uncomfortable. Master metal janky bedframe wasn’t even attached to headboard leaning against the wall. Towels thin and threadbare. Curtain rod screw in primary bedroom came out of the ceiling first day. I texted property manager who said she would send maintenance to fix it. Never came. All the tvs are small and we couldn’t figure out how to watch regular tv. No instructions at all. It may have been Roku, but whatever it was it was not user friendly. Toilet flapper in primary bathroom kept sticking and we had to lift lid to fix it.

Stayed Apr 8, 2025Property was clean and great location. Would have liked the showers to have grab bars. Toilet was leaking some water through the old flapper, but Maintenace was quick to fix. Then the flapper wouldn't go back down after a flush, had to lift lid the push flapper down, could of called Maintenace but didn't won't to have to wait around, wasn't a big inconvenience. Went on a fishing charter and caught more fish than I can eat, sharing with family. Ate at the restaurant and the food and service were great as all the places we ate at.

Stayed Mar 29, 2025No surprise here, it is what the pictures look like, it is what it says it is. That may not sound like alot, but we travel 4/5 times a year and many are last minute. So for the stay to be what it says it is, is special. Many places are not. Loved the stay, if I had to give it a negative… the place needs more trash cans. Only found 2, kitchen and master bath. The other bathroom needs one and by the second sink. That’s being picky.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025Very old, uncomfortable furniture and bed. The actual furniture in the living area was so big and cramped that we had difficulty moving about. We are small people. The dinette set is so oversized that it was hard to pull out chairs without bumping into the bar. The bed linens were old, thin and did not fit the bad mattress. The top came off the mattress every night. The towels were also old and worn. We only had one bathmat. There was no cutting board, few coffee mugs, all mismatched. I would never stay here again; and I believe it is well below the standard we have experienced at The Beach Club in previous years. The entertainment center looked like it was made of cardboard. Literally!

Stayed Mar 7, 2025It was just a nice R & R place to really enjoy the Gulf air and sights. Smaller bathroom not really anything exciting and the kitchen utensils to cook were cheap. Overall 4 of 5.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024Loved staying from Sunday-Sunday. Easy check in and check out. Loved the lay out of the 2 BR. Would suggest taping down the sectional rug under the dining room table because one corner is very easy to trip on. Also, the bathroom down by the pool was being remodeled so we stayed at the B pool most of the time for convenience. We will be back again!!
