Loved this spacious well appointed unit. We would definitely stay here again !

By far the most convenient condo on the property as far as location to amenities. We had a blast.

This worked very well for our family! The ground floor unit was spacious, well appointed, close to the pool, beach and the clubhouse.

Property is perfect location for myself and my kids. First floor right by the Beach Club pool and boardwalk down to the beach. Property is always super clean and fully stocked for cooking and eating. This was our third trip here in this condo and we will continue to book here.

Family of 16 rented 3 fround floor units for the week. This one was, by far, the most nicely furnished. Great location next to boardwalk. Noisy neighbors but great time onnthe beach and at the market and food trucks. Definitely will do this again.

We had the best vacation here!! Ground floor and close to the pool and board walk were the biggest plus! The condo was updated and clean. We were very impressed!

New renovation was great- very very clean- loved the first floor location for our family. Very close to the main pool, our building pool, and access to beach! Property manager was right on top of things, although we didn't have any issues! Highly recommend

We loved the location. The unit was perfect for 6 of us. It was clean and had everything we needed. Our only issues was that the grill is not near the unit and it would be a hassle to use, so just don't plan to grill. Also the blue chairs shown on the patio are not there anymore. Again you can not get a better location we could sit at the table and watch the kids in the pool and right on the board walk to the beach where you can find all kinds of activities including parasailing. Highly recommend

Our unit was lovely with a wonderful 1st floor access to all amenities: patio, pool, beach, walkway, etc. Very quiet setting. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, utensils. More toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dish washing detergent, dish washer detergent, detergent for the wash machine should be supplied. Note to customers to stop at the grocery store on their way to the unit because it is 12 miles away. Recommendations for restaurants and activities would be helpful for guests.

We had an amazing trip to Fort Morgan, Alabama, and were very pleased with our stay at the condo! The corner first floor unit was a real highlight, offering easy access to the beach, main pool, and our unit pool. The pools were fantastic, and the spa was absolutely awesome – perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We're definitely looking forward to visiting again. Just a heads up for future travelers – it's HOT in August, so be prepared!

Everything was generally good. We did have an issue with dining room light, but was fixed quickly. Some dishes weren't clean and there were little black 1/2 long bugs inside.

The location on the ground floor is great. The condo could benefit from some new upgrades like new cooking utensils and pans. Some of the utensils and pans were not clean. The trash is right outside the front door and sometimes the odor and gnats were really bad. The odor ends up in the condo. The condo is spacious and furnishings are comfortable. The beach is a bit crowded. We reserved chairs for our stay through the chair rental company on the beach and were told they would put us on the front row. They did not. The second and third row of chairs don’t get the nice breeze like the first row. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Tried to notify realtor about a few issues but never got her. I’ll go through spectrum next time they are on premise and have rarely had issues not resolved. This unit was good but not great. We tried to report marks, stains, microwave not working, and a few other things but never got realtor we are not upset just a bit aggravating.
