Stayed Oct 14, 2025The 2 bedroom unit was very nice and roomy. We enjoyed the Fort Morgan location and will go again. Pam was very helpful in working with us and our last minute plans. Highly recommended!

Stayed Aug 14, 2025The property was very spacious. The amenities were great and everything was accessible right on the property. The Village was a great little evening spot to grab a bite to eat. There is a DG close by for extra needs as well.

Stayed Apr 27, 2025Beautiful view from balcony.The only thing that was disappointing, the condo had a very mildewy smell coming from the a/c unit. And under the a/c vent in the secondary bedroom had mold on the wall.A/C was finally cleaned toward end of the stay.

Stayed May 2, 2025Beach Club Resort we love it here and condo was beautiful, beds comfy and kitchen well stocked with nice nice dishes, pots/pans and small appliances Attention. LR fan remote needs batteries 2. Guest Bdr tv remote needs batteries. Light under microwavedoes not work. We enjoyed our stay and Ty for letting us rent your condo. We will be back. We come every year. If you are looking for a nice place to stay. Rent this condo. It is awesome Debbie & Larry doesnt work.

Stayed Dec 1, 2024The condo was very well stocked throughout, including kitchen appliances and tools. We appreciated the walk-in shower greatly as we both have limited mobility. Very helpful. When issues arose, which were few, they were attended quickly and thoroughly.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024Our family stayed at The beach club and had a great time! We have stayed on the property for the last five years. The view from 1507 is breathtaking. Enough room for all four of us. The only thing is the dishes and pans, especially the muffin pans my wife scrubbed because they were not clean. The pool was great and the kids loved swimming in it. Elevators were quick. Overall it was awesome!

Stayed Jun 9, 2024We stayed in this unit for one week during our son's baseball tournament. The unit was clean, easy to access, and had everything we needed during our stay. It also had very comfortable furniture, especially the beds. I highly recommend this unit for your beach vacation! The Beach Club, where this unit is located has several pools, quick access to the beach, a few restaurants, and outdoor grills. It was nice to have all the extra amenities during our stay.
