You will be following the payment schedule from Marco Island Rental Properties not VRBO for yourbooking. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out promptly.

This beautifully remodeled 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath condo boasts a private beach entrance directly across the street. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer without additional cost. The condo includes one assigned free parking spot. Accommodations feature a Queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities include a heated pool, BBQ area, pickleball court, and shuffleboard. Free Wifi and telephone service are provided in the condo. It's just a short walk to restaurants, shops, movie theaters, and mini-golf.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!

    The balcony and view were wonderful. Well accommodated with comfortable furniture Small kitchen so eat out a lot. Tight for more than two people.

    Location is perfect and access to beach so convenient-just a short walk. Great pool. Condo is nice and also quiet. Looks recently updated, especially bathroom. It’s small but has everything we needed. Would like to stay again.

    The condo and entire unit was kept in excellent condition. Perfectly matched our needs but only negative was the TV in main room was very difficult to use. Not sure what the issue was.

    This condo has a nice view and is an intimate setting for a couple! You can see the gulf from the condo and the beach access across the street is perfect! When not at the beach we enjoyed the heated pool. The addition of the washer and dryer was very helpful. We were sorry to leave and would stay there again!

    I was in town for a retreat and wanted a nice, clean space with a kitchen and a bathroom and I got just what I needed. The check-in process was easy, the space was spotless and just perfect for me. I would definitely stay here again!
