Beach Chairs & Umbrella INCLUDED during stay with 1 hour of water sports daily

We loved this space. The owners were super nice and very helpful.

Beautiful condo! We enjoyed our stay so much. The condo is within walking distance to yummy restaurants and shops. The beach is beautiful and a big bonus that two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided each day. Coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise was beautiful. We experienced excellent communication with the owner when we experienced a problem with the hot water heater. The issue was resolved quickly. We hope to return soon.

I love this place. Second time I have stayed this year. Tammy and Brian are great!! Can not wait to stay again.

Overall the stay nice. The process to get in was a bit complicated though. Only one elevator was working which was a huge inconvenience. The unit is spacious and clean. But the ice maker was not connected and there were no ice trays. This should have been communicated. The balcony was wonderful but one sliding door was very difficult to open. The view was outstanding!

We had an excellent time and couldn’t have been better!!!! The host are excellent and are there with any answers you need. Great location and even all the other guests on the property were a blast

This was our 5th stay at Emerald Isle in 5 different condos. We love the easy access to the beach and the chairs/umbrella that come with it. We found the owners to be helpful and quick to respond to issues. We would suggest a thorough deep cleaning and updating furniture and appliances.

Great relaxing trip with family

Location was prime time! So many places within walking distance! Property was well kept, pool area was nice and walk to beach easy. Condo itself was spacious and worked well for our family of 3.

Amazing view and condo!

Well, let me just start by saying that the condo looks a lot better online than it does in person. I actually cleaned the light fixture over the dining room table because it was so filthy. The light was dim. There is not one mirror in the whole condo except for the small mirrors in each bathroom no full length mirrors no dresser mirrors very disappointing, especially if you’re a female we like to see what we look like. The icemaker did not work the whole time we were there the condo on a hole really needs to be updated as we paid premium price. The look of the condo really does not make that standard. We were there for a specific Function, so that was definitely enjoyable the attendant for the chair rental, which we got a free chair every day I found very rude but other than those few little things are stay was just OK. I would not go back for a stay here, Codes are a pain!

The condo was beautiful. The view is amazing!! The owners were wonderful!! We will be staying there again online next trip!!!

We would most definitely book this condo again! Communication was excellent! I was impressed with the cleanliness of the condo as well as all of the amenities as we flew in to Pensacola so we didn’t bring much with us!

Inside is just average. Everything else was great. The balcony has a nice view. The beach area was well kept and not overcrowded. Easy walking distance to some good bars and restaurants. This was a good value for the price which is why we chose it.

Awesome views and great place to stay

The host was great - the condo needs new living room and bedroom furniture and mattresses. Also, upgrade to a King bed. Needs to be more inviting - something to brighten it up. The bathrooms need redone as well. The sinks are pedestal and absolutely no place to put your things to get ready. I personally would not stay here again. Nothing to do with the host of the property - they were GREAT.
