Great location and short walk to the beach. The bed in the guest bedroom needs a new mattress. It “dips” toward the center and is uncomfortable. It has a mattress pad on it but it doesn’t disguise the dip. Washer needs to be cleaned. Property could use a deep clean.

Beautiful property: very clean, exactly as described. Very well equipped kitchen. The electronics all worked well. Couch was comfortable and balcony was lovely. We love this complex and have stayed in another unit here before. This unit is actually larger than the other building we stayed in, which was nice. The ONLY issue that we had was the master bedroom mattress!! needs to be replaced immediately. It sags so badly and hurt my back every night (and I love a soft mattress) so if you need a supportive mattress, I wouldn’t recommend this unit! If they replace the mattress, I would definitely come back.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Newly renovated and decorated, on a pristine white sand beach, and near unique towns to shop, wander, and dine. We loved it and want to come back!

Great property and beach front location.

This property lives up to its name, Beachfront Bliss! My husband and I have stayed at Dunes of Seagrove before, but it was our first time renting this unit. The pictures are accurate and it is tastefully decorated with a beautiful view. The unit has a well stocked kitchen along with lots of games to play in the evening. We also loved how it came with the beach chair service which is a huge plus!Our only minor complaint was the bed in the primary bedroom. It was uncomfortable with bad pillows, and the whole bed frame moved if you barely touched it. I ended up messaging the property management company to let them know. I looked back at previous reviews, and it looks like someone else complained about this a few months ago too.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again.

Love the location, love the condo, love the view!

Our spring break week is just what we needed at Dunes of Seagrove! The place was equipped with everything we needed! And such a great location! Close to Seaside, Alys, and Rosemary! We will definitely be back and stay again! Thank you for everything!

I brought my daughter and three grandchildren down for the week on spring break. The condo was great, loved the location.

We enjoyed the stay except for the master bed which with every turn or repositioning during the night it made a terrible noise. Additionally, the lower sheet came off the corners nightly. Overall, the linens and towels were of poor quality and need to be replaced.

This home was absolutely perfect for me and my long time friend to get away. It is so clean and beautifully decorated. We loved being on the patio drinking our morning g coffe enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean. I can. Or say one negative thing about this property or of wonderful getaway.

First time at this property and was pleased with the condo's location, furnishings and view of the beach. Having two pools was great since two days of our stay were double red flag conditions. Would rent this property again in the future.

While public beach spots are packed, we have a nice layout with plenty of room. 2 chairs with an umbrella are included, just have to get in line around 7:40am to get name on list for front row. All new appliances in unit. Good workout room. Would go back.
