The balcony furniture was very awkward and not very accommodating to sit and enjoy the view . a picnic table was very hard to sit at to see anything and the two chairs were very uncomfortable. Mold in all showers. Unit needed updating to comfortable furniture. Location was great.

The condo itself was very clean and we really liked the smaller condo complex. The condo was very well stocked and spacious. Summerchase, although an older condo complex, is centrally located to every thing and well maintained. Needs a few updates but overall great stay

The property was as advertised and had what we needed for our four night stay. The kitchen had most of what we needed to cook dinner and lunches. The balcony had wonderful views and was great for early morning coffee, storm watching, dolphin sightings and evening cocktails. The location was convenient to grocery stores and local shops. Best part of course was the proximity to the warm sandy beach. If you needed something from the condo you are only short walk through the sand and up the elevator.

Check-in and check-out was easy. Unit was well stocked with cooking needs and beach supplies. Beds were comfortable and view was terrific. Beach chairs provided were a great perk! Property owner was quick to respond to an issue that occurred on a weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Condo was clean, owner was very responsive to messages, and allowed for early check in. The included beach chairs and umbrella rental was a huge plus for us. We also loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Would stay again!

We loved our stay here and will definitely put it in our favorites to return to. We’ve been coming to the area since the early 90s, and we couldn’t have been happier with this location. It was close to everything we normally drive 15 minutes to get to. And on top of that, Coastal restaurant is literally walking distance. We went there twice without even getting in the car. I simply loved it! You can’t go wrong with this one!

It was perfect for our girls beach trip!

The condo was clean, decorated great and furniture was really nice. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. All four is our party said they would definitely come back here again.

We have taken many trips to OB over the past 25 years, however this trip found us in the best condo we have had the pleasure yo use. Everything was better than we could have wished for, from decor, to the outstanding kitchen, great functionality and location. Our hope is that this will not be the last time we are able to visit this unit.

Summer Chase is just the right size property and the condo was clean and well equipped with everything you need. Only suggestions would be to consider purchasing better bed pillows and maybe replacing the low rattan loungers with Adirondack type table & chairs.

Nice condo, ocean front view is great. Beach is wonderful and very large. No high rises on either side of property which made so much room for the beach goers. We were able to bring a canopy and an extra umbrella which some places do not allow. This is very important to us. Also no steps to beach is a plus. However, the walkway is a little steep.

This was our first time to Orange Beach and it did not disappoint! Everything was great and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you for making this family vacation a wonderful experience!

First time in Orange Beach. We booked thru VRBO but then was told it rented with the owner. We had several issues with air conditioner, washing machine and just overall cleanliness. I will have to say once contact was made with the owner about the issues and we worked to get things resolved but for a vacation to be restful and relaxing, I don’t want to have to be on the phone getting things lined up to be fixed. Unfortunately this condo needs some major maintenance and upkeep changes. When someone else cleans and owners aren’t around, things get broken over time and not repaired and a deep cleaning never happens. It was a nice location and would be a great place but it really needs some attention. We had a fun trip with family but would like for it to have not been so much taking care of business and more just sitting back and relaxing.
