I like the coziness of the small condo. The direct access to the beach is great. Living area with access to the balconies from two room was a plus.

WE BOOKED THIS HOME HOPING FOR THE ULTIMATE GET AWAY! HOWEVER WHEN WE ARRIVED IN THE CONDO THE TEMPERATURE IN THE CONDO WAS 88!!! WE HAVE AN ELDERLY WOMAN AND 5 CHILDREN THAT ARE YOUNG AS WELL!!! WE CALL IN AND OUT CLEANING WHO IS THE GROUP THAT HANDLES THE HOME IF ANYTHING IS NEEDED THERE LOCALLY. THEY LET ME KNOW THEY WOULD DO THEIR BEST TO GET AN AIR GUY OUT TO TRY AND HELP GET THE AIR FIXED! THE NEXT NIGHT THERE WAS NO AIR EITHER AND WE CALLED AGAIN AND THEY FINALLY SEND SOMEONE. THE HEAT AND AIR GUY LET US KNOW THAT THEY ABSOLUTELY COULD NOT FIX IT THAT IT NEEDED A NEW UNIT. AND AT THIS POINT WE ONLY HAVE ONE MORE NIGHT IN THE CONDO AND THE TEMP IS 91 IN THE CONDO THAT DAY. WE CALLED EVOLVE AND LEFT A MESSAGE CAUSE THEY WERE EXPERIENCING A HIGH VOLUME OF CALLS AND WE HAVE NOT GOT A CALL BACK STILL YET. SO OUR WHOLE TRIP AT THIS CONDO WAS TERRIBLE!!!! WE PAID VERY VERY GOOD MONEY TO BE RIGHT ON THE BEACH AND DIDNT EVEN HAVE ANY AIR. COULD NOT EVEN SLEEP COMFORTABLY !!!! IT IS JULY AND IT IS HOTT!!!!!! THE ONLY WAY I WILL TAKE OR CORRECT THIS REVIEW IS IF THEY RESOLVE THE SITUATION BECAUSE AT THIS POINT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED A CALL BACK FROM ANYONE. SINCE THE WAS LITERALLY NO AIR IN THE MIDDLE OF JULY WE REQUEST OUR MONEY BE REFUNDED, THIS REALLY PUT A HUGE DAMPER ON OUR TRIP!!!!!!

Nice place, right on the beach with a beautiful view, and that’s what we came for, not to spend time inside. My only complaint would be that we were only given 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, and 2 trash bags for 9 people staying 5 days. We bought a lot of stuff and left it behind.

Overall location was great. Easy walk to ocean. Great. Great balcony. Condo was “worn”. Kitchen cabinets were old and some falling apart. Pull out couch was unusable mattress was unusable. Slept on couch not pull out. Needs to be cleaned up under building. Junk there. Someone parked a Chevy Vet there all week. Made pulling in and out nerve wracking. In many many days construction trunks were there. Parking was a mess. Sorry. Overall nice place but needed upgrading.
