Stayed Apr 6, 2022The only negative feedback is the sound insolation between the units. You will be annoyed if you have a noisy neighbour.

Stayed Jan 26, 2026Five stars for super fast communication, comfort of property, ability to cook, location to beach, and easy parking. 16th Street beach entrance allows kite surfing, which is fun to watch.

Stayed Feb 16, 2025Very clean property. Very good communication with management. Lovely area, great location. Beautiful nearby beach. Manager knew we were traveling w a toddler & brought us sand toys & a high chair!! Miniature golf was great fun.Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Jul 29, 2024I will tell you the air conditioning, it's amazing and worked great in the 105 degree heat index ?. Perfect location for all of our needs. Grocery stores close, beach across the road, quiet!. I do like to cook when we are away, so I would ask for another pan or two. Otherwise it was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Mar 15, 2024We had a wonderful stay. The house is well maintained and comfortable. There is plenty of outdoor area for relaxation. The tiki areas are quite enjoyable - great shady retreats. The large putting green is a nice touch. The location is excellent for easy walkable access to the beach, basically across the street.

Stayed Apr 16, 2023Great space, clean with all a couple needs with a washer & dry combo unit, nice kitchen area. Also a fun golf putting area with a common gas grill. We look forward to one day return for area and staying again.
