Stayed Apr 6, 2022The only negative feedback is the sound insolation between the units. You will be annoyed if you have a noisy neighbour.

Stayed Mar 3, 2026The property was very nice. Our little apartment was clean. It was exactly as shown on the listing. The neighborhood was quiet. And it was two blocks from a beautiful beachThe only struggles we had was that we arrived around 9 o’clock, and the key code did not work so I did have to reach out to the owner to get the correct key code, also the Internet was not up-to-date so I again I had to reach out to the owner to get the correct Internet Wi-Fi and password. If you were cooking in the kitchen, the pans were all stainless steel and not extremely user-friendly. But we would definitely rebook.

Stayed Jan 26, 2026Five stars for super fast communication, comfort of property, ability to cook, location to beach, and easy parking. 16th Street beach entrance allows kite surfing, which is fun to watch.

Stayed Feb 16, 2025Very clean property. Very good communication with management. Lovely area, great location. Beautiful nearby beach. Manager knew we were traveling w a toddler & brought us sand toys & a high chair!! Miniature golf was great fun.Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Jul 29, 2024I will tell you the air conditioning, it's amazing and worked great in the 105 degree heat index 😊. Perfect location for all of our needs. Grocery stores close, beach across the road, quiet!. I do like to cook when we are away, so I would ask for another pan or two. Otherwise it was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Mar 15, 2024We had a wonderful stay. The house is well maintained and comfortable. There is plenty of outdoor area for relaxation. The tiki areas are quite enjoyable - great shady retreats. The large putting green is a nice touch. The location is excellent for easy walkable access to the beach, basically across the street.

The property was clean and easily accessible for my handicapped husband. We hope to be back soon. We had a great time and highly recommend this property to others.
