We love our one-bedroom condo on the beach!

A137 is a one-bedroom condo. It is a two-story townhouse so there are stairs in the condo. The bedroom and full bathroom are on the main floor as you enter the unit. The kitchen, dining room, laundry, living room, and half bath are on the 2nd floor. Our tastefully decorated one-bedroom townhouse is convenientlylocated on the 1st and 2nd floor of the tower at Pinnacle Port. The comfortable furniture and surroundings will bring a little taste of home to your vacation experience. We have white cabinets, tile, and bathroom fixtures. Our condo is an open bright little piece of paradise!

This two-story condo will sleep 4 people. The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor and has a king-size bed with a comfortable mattress. There is a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. You will have beautiful views of Lake Powell from the master bedroom and the dining room.

The living room is upstairs and has sleeper sofa. There is a flat screen TV in the living room. The living room balcony overlooks a full Olympic sized, indoor-outdoor pool and the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a second, outdoor pool that is just across the parking lot.

Relax on your balcony in the evening and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever see!

This is a non-smoking condo. We prefer to rent to no more than 4 people. Please be aware that this condo has stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.
