Stayed Dec 26, 2023We loved the Ark house. Layout was perfect for my family. Lots of space to spread out and to be together too. We enjoyed the beach being so close. The pool was nice too and the hot tub was a nice addition for the colder weather days. The boat dock access was a really nice surprise as we love to boat a few days in the intercoastal. I would highly recommend this property for any family!!

Stayed May 21, 2022It was wonderful. We thought the couch in front of the TV was a little uncomfortable. Other than that, the property is beautiful and I loved many things about the place. It was an awesome vacation for my family.

Stayed Dec 4, 2021Beautiful property with private beach and heated pool and unbelievable view. Dolphin show everyday. Great kitchen, beds were comfortable and every appliance you can imagine. Very happy.

Stayed Nov 20, 2021Great property and we really enjoyed our time here. Unfortunately the pool area was almost completely shaded by overgrown trees the really to be topped. Just so you know the residents had the same complaints. Hopefully management will do something about it , very small area of sun around noon…

Stayed Oct 23, 2021The location is what you most enjoy about this property. Amazing that you can literally walk 50 yards and have your toes in the sand. The property was nice as well. Everything that you could possibly need from beach chairs, umbrellas, kitchen utensils, etc. We would have liked some extra towels but just meant a load of laundry every night. Overall, we enjoyed the location, if we were to nit-pick at all, the furniture in the living room is minimal and not very comfortable and the outside of the house needs some maintenance but it is a rental property and it's getting pounded by the salt air 24/7 so I am sure that's a tall task. I would not let those things keep you from enjoying the awesome view and literally private beach...priceless.
