Designed for simple, comfortable beach days, this condo accommodates up to 6 guests across two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. The main living area gives you space to relax after the beach with WiFi and board games forlow-key evenings. Step outside to an outdoor seating area for morning coffee or an afternoon breather. A private washer and dryer make quick work of swimsuits and towels. When you’re ready to explore, you’ll be near Folly Field and Driessen beach access points, island bike paths, mini golf, and local shopping.

Important Things to Note

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access the condo. This condo is located on the 3rd floor.

• Parking: Upon arrival at the security gate, provide the guard with your name and unit number (20L). If the guard is unavailable, use the panel prompts to request entry. Once inside, you may park in any two unassigned spots in the lot at no charge. No additional parking beyond what’s described is available.

• Laundry: Private washer and dryer are located in the unit.

• Pets: Unfortunately, this home is not pet friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
