Blue Mountain Beach offers an array of activities, including bike trails and shopping, and is in close proximity to Grayton Beach State Park. - Redfish Village is a short walk or bike ride to the beach, or you can take the complimentary shuttle.
- Redfish Village offers a community theater and a workout room available to all guests.
- Several merchants are located within Redfish Village, including Redfish Taco and Aesthetic Clinique. You'll also find the famous Blue Mountain Creamery just across 30A (seasonal).
- Redfish Village is situated directly across 30A from the Timpoochee Trail, a 19-mile paved pedestrian and bike path along Scenic 30A that stretches from Dune Allen Beach to Rosemary Beach.

    The condo was beachy but refined. We had a lovely stay and the location to all-things Blue Mountain beach was excellent. The only thing we missed were coffee filters and the coffee maker has seen better days; the condo's mattresses are also starting to give. We especially loved the Redfish Village pool as well, when the beach option was too stormy.

    Our family had an amazing time at Redfish Village! The Beach-a-holic property is immaculate and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen and spacious living area were perfect for our needs. The private beach access was incredibly convenient, and we loved spending time at the community pool and hot tub. The Blue Mountain Beach location is fantastic, with excellent restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The hosts were attentive and ensured we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Highly recommend!

    Our stay at Redfish Village was absolutely perfect! The property, Beach-a-holic, is pristine, with a beautifully appointed kitchen, spacious living area, and comfortable bedrooms. The master suite with its king bed and luxurious bath was a highlight. The community amenities, including the pool, hot tub, and private beach access, made our stay even more enjoyable. The location in Blue Mountain Beach is unbeatable, with great dining and activities nearby. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We can't wait to return! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

    We really loved the unit as it fit our family's needs well. We would have loved to have reserved the same unit for our trip back to the area this fall. Unfortunately the inability to access wifi during our stay hindered our vacation greatly. Due to the lack of assistance and communication from the property management company regarding this issue we won't be renting from CD again. Very disappointing experience.

    We loved the condo. Great location.. very nice and clean. Only negatives: need new mattresses in twin bed room, need new hot water heater, need more signage in condo complex, need easier cable tv process- too hard to figure out Besides that.. we loved it..

    CONSTANT HAMMERING joined by the occasional POWER SAW went on 3 of the 4 days of our stay. They offered no resolution & stated that the homeowners should not have to offer any compensation. The response I ultimately received: Our homeowner will not be offering any type of compensation. . . I am the last person that will be responding to your messages, as like I mentioned, this matter is closed. Surely the HOA has some rules/fines as to noise violations & the mgmt co gets paid. NOTHING was offered, not even a small show of good faith. The hammering began Monday at 8:30am waking our guests and continued until 5pm, making napping, reading or any quiet time impossible. Coastal Dreamin claimed no knowledge of this ongoing construction. On Tues, they said they were going to move us to another unit, but once ready, they said it was rented, but they said the good news was that the hammering would stop on Tues. It continued on Wed and was going on when we left on Thurs. We would have booked another stay if this had been addressed in ANY way, but the utter disregard for our vacation, lack of integrity and care in treating others as you would want to be treated will prevent us from ever returning or recommending this property or any property that Coastal Dreamin manages.
