Excellent rental experience. This unit was clean, roomy, and stocked with anything you could need ! The owner has went above & beyond to have anything you could ask for. Donna was fantastic & offered great recommendations for the area. Check in was very simple. Unit was clean, they were doing maintenance on the property while we were there, new flooring in halls & paint— is going to be a great upgrade. You have covered reserved parking very close to your unit. Very convenient. We absolutely loved this area… you can walk to dinner, breakfast, coffee, ice cream, live music… it’s a great area! It was perfect for us…. The area can be noisy in the evenings, so if this is not your thing… it may not be right for you… but we did not mind it and once you are inside the unit it did not bother us at all! Lovely beach area, Chairs on the beach come with the unit… nice amenity. Beautiful beach and sand. Pool was clean, and we were always able to find chairs. Work out room is nice as well. Make sure to check out the rooftop sun decks as well Highly recommended rental. Hope to use it again.

Steps from the sugary sands of Siesta Key beach makes this condo attractive! Its location on the south end was ideal for our family (young adult children) - particularly the across the street access to a small grocery, coffee shop, bars, 7 Eleven, and a few restaurants. Be sure to try Toasted Mango for breakfast, Lenny'z Pizza, and especially Miguel's if you would like a quiet and European-feel dinner (at very reasonable prices). It's awesome to have the free shuttle to Siesta Key Village within a block. When you're not in the mood for the beach, the House of the Sun pool is a relaxing spot to sun. Donna and Dave are very gracious and responsive hosts. When we ran into a wrinkle with the TVs, they were quick to get on it - even though it occurred on Christmas Eve. This is a great pick for couples or families.

We had a fantastic stay!! Especially loved the location as it was only a short walk to the powdery white sand and crystal clear water! Check-in and Check out was easy and the co do is located close to restaurants and shops. We’ll definitely be booking again here!

Perfect location! On the beach, across the street from restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Very clean and well maintained. Host was very responsive to our questions.

This is our third spring break going to Siesta Key and our first at House of the Sun. We have always stayed in the same area and love it. We are a family of 4 and the layout of the condo was great for us. The size of the rooms and the common areas were perfect. We got to the condo very late and it was very simple to follow Donna's instructions and get the keys and let ourselves in. The pool area was really nice and the pool is heated which was great. We were also able to get some pickleball equipment to play. What I liked the most was the nice and easy setup at the beach. We didn't have to lug anything with us and we could easily get chairs and pay for an umbrella. Communication with Donna was great from the start. We are still undecided if we will be going back to Siesta Key next year or try a different place but if we go to Siesta Key, we will definitely book with Donna again.

Great location- close to beach and restaurants within walking distance. Donna responded quickly when contacted via email, phone or text.

Condo was very nice. Was clean, pool was great. Building is secure so no one can just walk in. We loved it! It was really great to be able to Just walk out to beach and have chairs and umbrellas waiting for you! Definitely recommend!!!!

The condo was perfect for our family. We loved the location and the beach was beautiful. The trolley was convenient for going to the Village when we wanted. We are already looking forward to going back.

Location and closeness to the beach is amazing. Walking distance to everything you could need, if not a very short drive will get you whatever else you desire. The unit is nice but could use some updating and a deep cleaning. The property itself seems very old and “well used”, but overall it works. Communication with the owner Debbie is outstanding and she is very helpful with written instructions about everything, she was also very accommodating with a late check out on our last day.

Donna was a fantastic host! She was very informative, helpful and fast at communicating. Her place is perfect for a family vacation and the location was awesome! We will definitely be back!

BIG fantastic unit; the building is right on the beach! It had lots of amenities as well as the property. Walking distance to great restaurants. Close to a trolley stop if you wanted a ride to the Village. The only drawback was the view from the balcony. Other buildings blocked the view but the 4th and 5th floor have an outside deck area if you want a view without going down in the sand. Perfect for sunsets!

We would totally stay here again!!
