• Two parking passes are provided for use at the parking garage across the street.
Things to know
• A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• Please note that the game room is paid and you have to pay to play the games.
• The pool and hot tub are currently under renovation, and there is no estimated completion date at this time. Guests may still use the pools located at Towers 2 and 3.
House rules
• We kindly request that there be no smoking in the unit, including the balcony. In the event of a violation of this policy, a fee of $200.00 will be incurred, covering both the fine and cleaning costs required to eliminate any lingering smoke odors from the unit, house, and/or linens.
• We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a quiet and peaceful environment. Please refrain from hosting parties or events within the premises. Violators will be subject to a fine of $200.
• For your safety and well-being, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss or damage of personal belongings that may occur while on the premises, including its facilities and parking lots.
• Regrettably, pets are not permitted on the premises. We appreciate your adherence to this policy.
• In the event that you need additional time beyond the check-out period, a late check-out penalty will apply, starting from $500. We appreciate your understanding and prompt departure to facilitate the smooth transition for our next guests.
