Stayed Apr 25, 2025I was honestly surprised that I never walked over to the Gulf side because it was very close and I figured I’d live there over vacation. However, the unit was right on the bay, and it was very peaceful, much more than I expected. Furniture desperately needs to be replaced (both beds were good though), and the floors need a really good scrub. My feet were black after going barefoot, but overall, it was good

Stayed Mar 7, 2023I reserved and paid for a condo on the bay at Pensacola beach, the day before arrival I was told due to some maintenance issue they had to cancel the reservation. I was shocked to say the least! after hours on the phone, emailing and texting, fighting to get another place with no extra fees(as this was not my cancellation) I received a condo NOT on the bay, in the other direction. it however was clean and decorated nicely. I did not have a bay or ocean view. I did have a water fountain and pool view. In the end, it was fine however I was very disappointed I did not get the condo as originally purchased.
