Stayed May 14, 2022The condo we stayed in at south seas bayside villa was very nice…clean and comfortable. The view from the screened in porch was beautiful. We had a problem connecting to Wi-Fi and called the rental agency.. we never received a call back. We will not use them again.

Stayed Jun 13, 2022CONS-Upon arrival, there was an overwhelming strong chemical smell from what we could only assume were the cleaning products used, as well as a really strong smell coming from outside. After airing the space out, the inside got better after a day. The outside sewage smell came about daily when the heat was strong mid/late afternoon. No-ones fault but it was strong with the heat and hard to sit outside during that time, just FYI. Kids went barefoot in condo immediately and their feet were black within minutes. I'd recommend a more thorough cleaning. It was just ok- not necessarily dirty, but there were stains on master comforter and dust/dirt in corners and stuff. So, I'd go into it with that expectation. Internet spotty. Kind of an inconvenience that beach towels have to be washed prior to departure, bring quarters. Pros- OVERALL, Great morning sunsets + views AMAZING! Worth it simply for this. With two kiddos, the pool was great! Short walk to beach and shops/coffee. Kitchen fully stocked + bag of ice. 2 bathrooms is a very nice bonus. Beach chairs/ towels included. Thanks!

Stayed Apr 30, 2022Overall, a nice place. Great Captiva location. The unit is situated straight across from an elevator, so that was noisy at times when trying to sleep. Pretty clean unit with tasteful decor. Furniture needed some cleaning, and a few pieces needed to be replaced. Screened in lanai was perfect sunrise spot in the mornings.

Stayed Mar 12, 2022We had a great time in Captiva. The location is perfect. Such a quaint island getaway. The unit was very nice and the view off the lanai was gorgeous. Would definitely stay again.
