Stayed Dec 6, 2024Clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Great location, with screened-in bay view balcony and a short walk to the gulf beach and nearby grocery store, restaurants etc. Left the car parked for a week. Best deal ever.

Stayed Nov 14, 2025Our room and the pools were beautiful. What WASNT beautiful was the fact that we were unable to use the other pools or any restaurants or trolley. It was absolutely ridiculous, without a wristband we had access to NOTHING. Dream Vacations stepped up and made it right. It the first few days of our stay were horrible. Shame on VRBO!

Stayed Jul 10, 2024Overall very nice. Wish the place had more storage (no dressers, closets). The balcony was beautiful. Close to beach. You could walk, but with a 4 yo, we decided to drive the couple minutes to the beach access. Everything was as expected. The pool was great. We knew the elevator was not working. We also knew about the construction.

Stayed Jul 15, 2024We loved our stay at the bayside villas in South Seas Captiva Island. Check in was a breeze, the property was as described and the accommodations were great. Obviously, the island is still very much in recovery mode after hurricane Ian but we knew that going in and adjusted our expectations accordingly.
